I've always liked that girl that blackmailed Gohan to go on a date. Her hairstyle is memorable.

I like Goten's haircut in the epilogue of the manga as well as Gohan's hair during the Cell Games.

As for women, I liked Bulma's during the end of the Saiyan arc despite it being silly and dated looking.
