To be fair. Vegeta was nothing but a side character at this point so....they did nothing with him. However once he became main notice how he became obsessed again
Perhaps. Vegeta had more focus in the Baby arc compared to others. Could you give me scenarios where Vegeta became obsessed again? I remember two where Vegeta was punching the wall and breaking his bike machine. The reason I said I didn't find him as obsessive is that when Goku reached SSJ4, Vegeta told him to rub it in, in a joking manner, which gave me the feeling that he was OK with Goku being stronger (This was dub, not sure if it was in sub).
Tim Duncan is dope and forever.

I think he confused obesessed with possessed.

Wait, where do they show that in the special?

Watch the episodes with Vegeta having flashbacks. He's angry that Goku surpassed him and only Goku can do stuff

Agreed. That was a poignant scene.

By the way, has anyone ever managed to identity the names on the visible gravestones? Or are they not legible apart from Goku's?

The ending unlike DBZ was perfect.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota

I agree so much. I love how the dragon balls actually have a major role in pretty much every arch of GT. Maybe not the best thought out roles but at least they play a big part.

I kinda prefer the music in the Japanese version of GT than in DB and Z. It had a really great feel to it.

I agree with the ending being a lot better as well. It was very.......symbolic, and a nice 'wave goodbye' to us fans.

Piccolo's death in GT better than his death in Z? NO!

That flashback of Gohan possessed by Bebi attacking Piccolo is the single worst flashback scene in the entire franchise. Sure Piccolo mentioned how strong Gohan's Kamehameha has gotten, but since Bebi's influence was in Gohan, it wasn't purely Gohan's Kamehameha.
