Email trouble

How come every time Daizex sends me an email, it goes to the junk mail folder even though I tell it every time that its not junk?

Is there some special way to make it not go there?

I live in Minnesota also, select the email and say report as not junk.

That's what I was trying to do but for some reason it keeps getting sent to the junk mail.

I get my email through hotmail, but the rest of my house is off a local company.
