Chichi and Bulma have an argument to which Yamcha replies that Chichi is really pretty. The dub changes this to Yamcha saying he is available, and Chichi calling him a downgrade.
Also, check out this car Bulma made for Yamcha:

Wow our opinions different so much xD. One thing I didn't like bout my favorite arc was the mafuba but Anime fixed it. Was so happy. Also just curious why Blooma? Just wondering. Shall I break down how different our opinions are here or shall I just debate in the comment section like I usual do.Gaffer Tape wrote:DBD: The Piccolo Daimao Arc Part 5!
New video is up. The fight gets underway. All the major players have a plan. Only Goku's matters.
Also, custom thumbnails for YouTube. Yay!
Oh shit forgot. I'll just wait for the official ranking you make in part 6. Should be able to go ultra in depth. I'm used to Bulma as Champ dub(Korean) used it for Dragonball due to her shirt.Gaffer Tape wrote:You can feel free to post in whichever venue you like, but I think this discussion thread would be much easier to talk about things in-depth than on YouTube.
As for Blooma, I explain in detail why in the very first video in which she appears (at about 2:45):
DBD: The Hunt for the Dragon Balls Arc Part 1!
Why? I don't remember much happening afterwards. Unless you're going full dissection.Gaffer Tape wrote:Just so you know, it's not going to end in Part 6. It's going to end in Part 7.

The anime just opened a can of worms by doing that.Kid Buu wrote:On the Mafuba, I forgot to mention. In the anime, Tenshinhan's Rice Cooker isn't broken so he attempts to use it on Piccolo. However, Drum intercepts and Tenshinhan begins to seal him away instead. Right as Drum is about to be sealed away, Piccolo destroys the Rice Cooker which prevents Drum from being sealed and saves Tenshinhan from dying of recoil. Later, Tenshinhan plays a crucial role in Goku beating Piccolo, so Piccolo saving Tenshinhan's life led to his own downfall.
Kami later uses the Mafuba only to have Piccolo reverse it. Piccolo is just fine.FoolsGil wrote:The anime just opened a can of worms by doing that.Kid Buu wrote:On the Mafuba, I forgot to mention. Master Roshi missed his container. He dies...
Tenshinhan's container was destroyed by outside influence. He doesn't die...That doesn't make any sense.
Magic A is Magic A folks, you can't change the rules on an established attacks. Of course a lot more questionable things happen later, but if you don't put your foot down now, why put it down later?
Master Roshi finished using the move, Tenshinhan did not.FoolsGil wrote:The anime just opened a can of worms by doing that.Kid Buu wrote:On the Mafuba, I forgot to mention.
