I am not really sure if kid Kuririn is going to be in the game but..
Lets just hope Piccolo Daimao is in. I mean they must put every
Budokai character if they hope this game gets the first place right?
The problem we're facing right now is the issue with popularity. Feel free to hammer me on this: DBZ is more popular than both DB and DBGT, and by a grand scale. If you really want to see more characters appearing from the other two series, it's not going to happen easily. Since DBZ is the most popular and the most exciting, they are not going to take DB or DBGT seriously into development until they got their main point right (Hence the name "DragonBall Z Sparking! NEO"). Heck, they haven't even added Dr. Uiro in yet (I know he's a movie character, but he's still from the DBZ era). Other notable but remained missing fighting-type DBZ characters including the rest of Bojack's crew, Bardock's crew, Tullece's crew, Coola's crew, Jinzoningen 14 and 15, Bio-Broli, King Cold, Kibito, Kid Vegeta, Young(?) Nappa, separated Hildegarn, Yakon and other Babidi's monsters, other Kaioshins for the flash-back battles with the original Buu, Veku, Fat and Skinny Gotenks, Robots from the Big Gete Star, etc. If they add at least several of these characters, that's when Piccolo Daimao, Gyumao, Chi-chi, Kid Kuririn, the Tenka'ichi Budokai participants, Cyborg Tao Pai-pai, Red Ribbon Army officers (especially Assistant Black in his robots), Pilaf and his henchmen in their robots, Yamcha with Sword, Baba's warriors, GT Son Gohan, GT Son Goten, GT Trunks, GT Vegeta, GT Son Goku, GT Kid Son Goku, Baby before possessing Vegeta, all Evil Dragons, and other characters will show up. In my opinion, my theory above sounds like something that was thought up in the world of boredom, but hey, they still have a long ways to go before adding more DB and DBGT characters.

Like I said, hammerings are welcomed.

Well the latest Japanese trailer, shows the number of 129 which makes me believe that all characters have already been shown.
If this is the case we will not see a Kid Krillin unless he is an alternative costume for the regular Krillin.
Also there exists a list, of 136 characters from which footage was shown, this includes double fusion characters since Gotenks is there twice, once for Goten and once for Trunks and so on making the list 129 unique characters.

Quoting one is plagiarism.
Quoting many is research.

I used google translator and the seller says its a "trial version", so it looks like it's a demo. http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... /n41705271

 . That word in the upper right corner means "demo/experimental" in Chinese! Wow! I seem to be liking it. Too bad I have no modded PS2. Go ahead, it sure looks like a legit demo. (Although I would wait until someone like VegettoEX comes around and confirm it. :)

EDIT: The black and white looks cheap and suspicious...

Woah, I found a demo?? Cool. I'd probably bid on it, but stupid Yahoo Auctions Japan doesn't ship out of Japan. Using those sites like Celda cost wayyyy too much. (If eBay had all the crap on Yahoo Auctions Japan, it'd be Heaven on Earth!)

I'm pretty sure it's entirely legit.

I doubt it's legit. >.>;; Someone probably took the demo CD out of a PS2 at some public showing of the game and made a run for it.

Or a Bandai/Spike employee sneaked a demo disc out of the offices.

Either way, us plebians aren't supposed to be playing it. =D

(Also please note the "NOT FOR SALE" mark at the bottom right corner of the case)

It could be a promotional item. Most promo items have the no sale or resale sign on them. Might be from a magazine for all we know.

Either way, No Sale equals No Sale. >.>;; Selling/reselling it on Ebay is illegal.

Selling any video game second hand is illegal, and always has been. It doesn't stop anyone from doing it though.

What I meant is that I'm pretty sure it's an official demo, despite the "suspicious black and white".

Huh? Game companies don't like that, but that doesn't make it illegal, as far as I know.

Mike, can you maybe clarify what the hell this exactly is? I MIGHT consider getting this, since you have to pay half of your bid price on Celda (which in this case is very little). I just want to know if this is an actual demo disc for the Japanese PS2. I shouldn't get my hopes up though... :?

Check any game manual going back to the first Nintendo; the end user agreement states that you agree to not resell the game, because technically it doesn't belong to you. The game remains property of the company, and it is liscensed to you for priavate use. It's stupid, but this is the way it's always been.

The auction won't ship outside of Japan, sorry.

Well, I just preordered BT2 at EB Games today.

Here's hoping my $40 is worth it.

Hence why he made the refrence to Celda. They're a middle man. You pay them to get the item and then ship it to you.

No, because they're liscensed distributers and they can sell games. They have contracts to do so.

Never heard of them, that sounds like a great idea. Someone needs to get this demo and start posting Daizex exclusive screen caps!
