Errors can be anything from continuity, art, translation (any release, and language)

This is the first thing I noticed (was this fixed in the full color?) *Vegeta's armor*

In Dragon Ball Minus, the Galactic King tells Jaco that Kakarrot's pod was launched from Planet Freeza, Viz corrected this to Planet Vegeta for their translation.

Was this something that was fixed in later editions? I got my tankobon over a month after it came out and there's no error, it correctly states that it came from Planet Vegeta.

Mine said Planet Frieza (pre-ordered) so I guess the fixed it? totally overlooked that too

I'm a huge Yamcha fan so I noticed this one error during the Piccolo Daimaoh arc.

Toriyama drew his cast on the wrong leg.
Tenshinhan broke Yamcha's LEFT leg and in later Piccolo Daimaoh arc chapters it was his RIGHT leg that had the cast on.

Well, it's normal because the anime portrays everyone with five fingers. However, the manga doesn't.

I don't think it was intentional when he drew it, he just spotted it afterwards.

It would definitely fit Toriyama's style of gag humor to have Piccolo Daimao illustrate "I'll kill you in 5 minutes" by holding up 5 fingers when Namekians only have 4, but the Japanese in Toriyama's note implies that it was accidental.
