I'm not doubting the accuracy of the Spanish translation, most people I know have Spanish manga translations in very high regard, it was just pure laziness on the part of the Portuguese branch of Planeta DeAgostini. Their thought process is clear as day: "Well, let's put these out. We're
obviously not going to translate from Japanese, who the hell can understand that crap? We'll just grab the Spanish version, it's "the same thing". Let's just ask Olga [that's her actual name] to convert the words into Portuguese, no need to hire an
actual translator, and we're good to go."

It was cancelled. A shame, since it was a pretty good edition. We were actually lucky we even got volumes 17 and 18 at all.

I think that's a very appropriate translation that could be used for the portuguese version as well.
Yeah, sounds perfectly valid.
