Thanks! I'll PM you my entry if you want to see it, I'd post it here but I don't wanna take away from the sheer awesome that FUNi treated you with, with my own 'lolz look at my picture' (or is there a thread about this contest I haven't noticed? Hmm...).

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

It's for US as expected, welp oh well.

The Super Saiyan God hair looks really shitty then again it's just a piece of paper in the form of hair with colour. A 3D printer Super Saiyan God hair would be awesome.

Nah, just feels off-topic too much to post it in-thread (am looking for somewhere more appropriate to post about it on here though), so I just PM'd it to you for the time being. ^_^

Yup. I own all the seasons up to five. but since Funimation decided to give me season 2 & 3, I'll be giving my copies to my brother probably. :)

This is so nice from Funi, and particularly from Chris and Sean.
They sure know how to make people love them.

I just love happy stories like this. That was very, very sweet of them. Congrats, samuraix123!

Maybe I should send them a letter asking if they'll send me Alison Viktorin...

I dunno if your girlfriend will appreciate that...

...Although mine would probably be fine if I sent a letter asking for Laura Bailey, so long as the PS read 'Send Travis Willingham' for her.

That's awesome dude. Say could anyone tell me how to get in contact with them. I'm not looking for any signatures or dvds being I already have a ton but I would like to tell them the great job the did with battle of gods and and how much they made my childhood awesome just a simple reply from them would be great.

Nice to see FUNi was pretty personable with you! If I was in your position, I'd ask if I could try for a VA job, haha!

That Blu-ray release may not be my cup of tea, but still very cool!

The easiest way would probably be to contact them on their Facebook page. For paper mail though...hmm. This is the address they have on said Facebook page - 1200 Lakeside Pkwy, Building 1, Flower Mound, Texas 75028 - but not 100% sure that's where one should send fan-mail or not...samuraix123 will probably be able to help more on that front.

I had a similar experience. On the website Reddit.com, someone on the DBZ page posted a link to a pirate website to watch DBZ. I casually mentioned that it was a pirate site and recommended that if someone enjoys it they should buy the DVDs. A couple of days later FUNimation gave me Reddit gold (which I guess is a thing where you can pay the website to give extra perks to people). It really cool of them to do that because they totally didn't have to. I had already made the comment and I wasn't going to delete it or anything.

All I did was use the address that you provided, wrote my letter, sent it out in a professional brown envelope. whether that made a difference or not I don't know but I'd like to think it did. :)

Nice! FUNimation just got even more respect from me for doing this. Companies usually don't give a flying fuck about its customers, but FUNimation has shown time and again that they do the best they possibly can to please their fans.

Congrats samuraix.

That's awesome! Props to FUNimation for such a great gesture (I'm honestly envious of you right now). I would ask what the personal experience was but I imagine you'd like that kept private so I'll leave it. But still, it's lovely that they went out of their way to help you out.
