We also have Goku saying that he would use Fusion with Gohan, and Fusion requires similar powers, and Rou Kaioshin saying that Gokhan wouldn't have to turn Super Saiyan because the Potara are that powerful, not that he wouldn't have to because Gohan is already very powerful, or that he can't turn into a Super Saiyan because Ultimate Gohan can't transform. Then there is Battle of Gods, which is made by Toriyama, and Gohan powers-up to Ultimate like transforming.

Vegetto also sounds like he is more powerful than Gokhan would have been, because Goku & Vegeta as rivals, they are equals, while Gohan is weaker than Goku (or Goku is weaker than Gohan, I'm not sure how the Z-Sword training worked).

It's not a transformation (Rou Kaioshin was clear about that), but it is a different state.

The bronze kneecap has deflected bullets so he wins. SSJ god Goku is mftl and solar system level durability/destructive capacity. SSJ4 Goku is large star level and ftl so SSJ god Goku wins.
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)

He makes it to the 21st Budokai. As much as it pains me to say it, he can't stand against the superhumans.
If he can pull off an Amakakeru Ryu no Hiromeki, then he could probably take one of them out, but I don't see him getting a chance to do it.

Nah, he's too much for Kenshin. I was thinking up to Namu. And all the Red Ribbon guys except for Tao and Blue.

As I said, IF I remember correctly (dont take my word on it), I believe its said ANY God/Gold Cloth Saint can survive under absolute zero for a degree of time and can all fight normally at light speed. Otherwise finding accurate feats for Saint Seiya characters is actually a real pain if your not a fan of the series. Perhaps you should ask someone with decent knowledge of it.

The kids by themselves didn't get much stronger, it is Gotenks who got much stronger because of how multiplication works (Piccolo said that the small gains for the kids would become big gains for Gotenks I think), who did get stronger, but not as much as he & Piccolo originally thought.
