I really like the piece. I'm pretty sure that's not how Catman's eyes are supposed to function, but I do like it. Anything is better than Yamamuro's Babidi eyes for him...

No it's not facial hair... It was SUPPOSED to be the shading on her neck...
I apologize for the horrible anatomy...I have been a beginner since 2007 and haven't really Improved much since 2010 no matter how hard I try...

Here is a slightly better picture I drew two months ago
AGAIN, it is SHADING on Bulma's neck...well at least it is supposed to be :)

Have you looked into any anatomy books or life drawing classes?
I've done a little bit of teaching (nothing formal, admittedly) and the usual catalysts for drawings with issues like yours are 1. not knowing the fundamentals that life drawing teaches you, and 2. undervaluing rough stages.

Like, I didn't just draw this to look the way it does right away:
Image

First it looked like this:

And there were a couple more stages of course:

for me, the hardest part is shoes in different angles. That can always throw me off and make my art look bad.

My suggestion is draw people in the nude. I didn't for the longest time, but it helps with the fundamentals of anatomy. Go from there! :D
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

Awesome! Reminds me of the 90's style even though I assume it was done digitally. Would love to see SSJG Goku and Beerus done in the older style.

Thanks man. I used manga studio, it does much better with a tablet than photoshop in my opinion. Manga Studio and Sai I'd say are better if you know how to use it, I'm still figuring things out. Might do another one tonight.

Assuming you drew that off head that shit is beast, I think the "M" should be a little bit higher though.

I did. I draw everything from memory. I google searched a random picture of him to get the colors right though, same with Goku. Yeah you're probably right about the "M", I see it now and it looks off.
