What would you like to see after Xenoverse?

I know I know the game hasn't even come out yet but we all know that a game will come after XENOVERSE(maybe not right after, but you know what i mean). With the power of the new gen systems we now have a greater chance for a better game. Personally i would love to see a new 2.5D fighter in the spirit of Burst Limit/Budokai/Shin Budokai with an Updated game engine and a Budokai 1 like storymode and online with extra game modes/mini games for you to do after you beat the story mode.Character roster should be around 70-90(DB,DBZ,DBGT) not counting transformations.

As you said, Xenoverse isn't out yet. From what I see shaping up with the game though, what I want next is "Xenoverse 2". Presumably with the standard gameplay tweaks, expanded roster, more customization options for those who like the Character Creator idea and a continuation of the story (if it's good) or a new one in the same vein. Hard to say right now.

I agree. We don't even know how Xenoverse plays, so to move to the next thing might not be a step in the right direction financially for Bandai Namco. Most logically, an XV2 would be ideal, if not possible then an RB3. Why not stick with Treevax's ideas with no other future plans in sight?

We've had so many fighters, I'm ready for an all new thing (as well as a new thing in terms of story, just like Xenoverse is doing!). I think platformers and beat 'em ups have also been covered pretty well. Maybe finally a refined console RPG, like what Sagas tried to be. I'd also be down for another handheld RPG, like a sequel to Attack of the Saiyans that just covers all of the events that took place on Namek. (I've been dying for a solid Dragon Ball game for 3DS. Hell, I'd even take GT Transformation 2.)

Or a remake of the original Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans game.

Or an FPS where you're a Tuffle fighting in the Saiyan war.

I don't see RPG games outside of handle systems. I think having a full console RPG would take so much time that Namco Bandai feels like fighting games work better. I think if Xenoverse does well then Dimps should keep on making new DBZ games. By next year, we been getting DBZ games for 13 years. I can't think any of any other license fighting game series that has lasted this long.

Well I'm always up for a Budokai 4/Infinite World 2 although if Xenoverse lives up to the hype I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to that I guess.

Other than the almost obligatory 'Xenoverse 2', it'd be nice if we could get something for the 3DS that would actually come out over here. That'd be a place for them to do a pretty neat RPG probably.

We're long overdue for a Budokai game. If Xenoverse does well then it should take a break on itself to settle with the fans before they should tease a sequel, let it replace BT3 for people's standards and have a new Budokai game. Until recent news I was really sick to death with all the simulator clones and hackneed gimmicks. Namco needs to have some rotation, not favourites.

Though personally I yearn for a Burst Limit 2. Or an RPG version of DB Heroes. Something like Xenoverse in concept but using Heroes in a Pokemon-esc format. You start off as Beat, or Note and then you walk around a HUB world then go on an adventure, and make allies with various characters you fight along side inside the Arcade machine.

I would love to see a Legacy of Goku remake, but I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon. Web Foot is still around, but I don't think Namco Bandai wants to hire them.

I think we should wait and see what Xenoverse fully has to offer before we start talking about anything beyond that. That goes for Budokai 4 petition as well.

And the human characters as playable characters (in XENOVERSE, I fear that Yamcha will not be playable because of his lines in that scene )
