Hello, DBZ-ers.
Just passing the word along if anyone is going to AWA in Atlanta in late-September, or interested in going, there's quite a few guests and events related to DragonBall appearing this year...
Guests such as Toru Furuya, Yuko Minaguchi, Scott McNeil, Vic Mignogna, and J. Michael Tatum will be appearing as special guests, and I will be hosting the "DragonBall Z: Stuff You've Never Seen" panel.
DragonBall Z: Stuff You've Never Seen: The panel is mainly intended for casual fans who may not know about the recent material or even some of the obscure tidbits, but even hardcore fans are welcome to attend if they'd like. I will be going over the deluge of old and new animated stuff, recent manga such as Jaco and DragonBall Minus, the Full Color manga, the various English dubs, video games, and even some of the recent Toriyama tidbits (credit to the Kanzenshuu staff, of course.)
I'll be promoting and crediting the Kanzenshuu staff, site, and forum, of course. I'll also be running a panel on the various remakes of anime over the decades. My goal is for these panels to be a fun experience for all fans.
For more information about the guests and events, check out: http://www.awa-con.com
If anyone's in the Atlanta, GA area during Sept 26th-28th, drop on by the convention and check out the panel. Last year's DBZ panel was a success and packed with enthusiastic fans, so I hope to see some new faces this year!

Aww man, Scott McNeil? I'd kill to have his autograph, way too jealous.

If anyone here plans on going, please ask Scott McNeil about the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai. Thanks.

Toru Furuya (Yamcha), and Yuko Minaguchi (Videl and Pan) have just been announced as guests at Anime Weekend Atlanta. Just another reason to make the trip over to AWA in about a month from now.
