Identify a Goku Image

While surfing the internet I came across an interesting cel. It was Goku, but I don't know what episode or movie this is from.

Does anybody have any clue? The original site of this cel said it was from the 'Princess Snake' episode, but I have never seen Goku wear a kimono during that episode.

I'm pretty sure it's a cel from a commercial. I forget what it's called, but it's been up on YouTube for some time now.

Such a nice cell! It's from the news commercial crossover thing where Goku and this little girl from another show talk about each show's upcoming movies. Goku's a newscaster in this.

Wow, Goku doing anything makes me laugh. I really like how they made it a point to have Goku with the halo, I guess this was around they time they really wanted it to be Gohan's show. Quick question: where exactly does the fellow newscaster come from..?
