My favorite:

Frieza: I promised you, didn't I? That I'd show you a nightmare beyond the horrors of Hell? But it seems the little one won't be joining us. Such a shame, don't you think? When you see him in the next world I suppose you'll have to tell him what he missed.

Least favorite:

Best line, IMO, is Vegeta's "You're a fool. I'm going to crush you. And throw you into the wind." from the Buu Arc before he blows himself up. Dunno how that was phrased in the original, but it was a badass line in the dub.

I personally find the "hope of the universe" thing completely out of character and very corny.

The best is Vegeta's speech to Goku: "Fight hard Kakarotto, you are number one".

Worst, can't really tell, but one of the dub lines gets the trophy.

Some of my favorites:

Right after Vegeta is reminded, by Piccolo, what type of person he used to be, killing people senselessly for his own pleasure, he faces an angry Buu who says "Buu make you hurt bad, buu get big mad now, me want fight!" Vegeta replies with "I think I finally understand you" and gets ready to make the ultimate sacrifice.

This is followed up by one of the greatest lines in the series(IMHO):

Krillin: "What's Vegeta up to Piccolo? He's crazy, he won't make it. That monster is going to eat him alive!"

Piccolo: "For the first time, Vegeta is fighting for someone other than himself... Controlling his own fate!"

Worst:

Krillin: "So uh, if you could with somebody and it could be anyone in the world, who would it be? I mean, hypothetically."

Roshi: "Gosh, that's a tough one, but I think I'd pick your old girlfriend Maron. heheh"

Krillin: "Hahahaha, RIGHT ON! BALD AND BEUTIFUL, SO DEADLAY!"

I mean, personally I'd feel some type of way if everything was my responsibility all the time. Why not let the youth with all this potential take things over? While I agree with Goku, he shouldn't have started things off with Buu. That was a stretch.

Because Buu wouldn't even be a problem if he hadn't come back from the dead in the first place. He was fine with releasing this monster on the universe, but refuses to take care of it, instead saying that it's not his problem and that it's the duty of a pair of eight year olds to stop Buu.

His reasoning, much like the reasoning he used for staying dead, was bullshit and just made him look like an asshole.

Your own bad energy will be your undoing." are probably my most favorite lines in any of the movies. Hell I even like this one from GT "The Saiyans? They are here, I am they, we are one. Unfortunately for you, Omega.". As for the worst line in the series that"s a hard one.
