FUNimation DVD singles defect?

I was wondering if anyone could check there dvd's for me. On the Funimation singles "Cell Games - Ultimatium" Episode 151 -"What is The Tournament?" Is there static threw out the entire episode, because my copy does. I just wondering if I am the only one who has it like this. I might have to repurchase this DVD.

You should probably change the thread title to something like "FUNimation DVD singles defect"

I dont have the DVD with me, but I dont recall having that problem

It's really weird, because it starts right after the title card. Mainly from the right channel. Can someone confirm if theirs does this also.
