Aw lucky you. How long did it take for them to dispatch the code for ya?

I've got ahold of a Smash code for my 2DS so if I don't receive a Xenoverse code that's all right now! Smash 3DS until Wii U edition arrives!

It was the Japanese test, so I got mine on the 11th like everyone else.
This is for the Japanese test, of course.

I've signed up for the Japanese beta but I forgot the email (and password) so if they send me I won't know so I'll just make another one *sigh*, though since the lottery ends in Sept. 16 there's still time.

Edit: Just created a new email for JPN PlayStation account and signed up for the Xenoverse ticket so hope I'll get in too!

I hope so. I kinda like surprises I don't know about, but I hate having to wait for info on something I already know exists.

This is a cross-gen game so they'll focus firstly on the last-gen and then afterwards on the current-gen because most of their customers are still using last-gen systems.

If Xenoverse is exactly the same game on 360/PS3/PS4/XO then if I purchase on my 360, unlock all of its content (or most) then I've got no reason to buy it on PS4, even if the graphics are better (it's not a reason good enough for me to repurchase it again). They need to make some exclusive content for the current-gen systems to differentiate from the last-gen.

Let's take Destiny for example, it's a cross-gen game and what's the difference between the last-gen and current-gen? Apparently the PS4 version has an exclusive storage option and (it's been added to the PS3 version too) sharper graphics but the graphics are expected to be better anyway. I'm playing Uncharted 2 on my PS3 and the game looks graphically gorgeous so I still see no reason to get a PS4 (that is, until it starts to get new exclusive games than HD re-remasters).

There is. Those of us that didn't get into the first phase of the Japanese network test are still entered for the second Japanese phase, that starts at the same time as the European network test, in early October.

The official website for the game has reflected these date changes, noting that confirmations will indeed start going out today, and that the entry period has been extended through to 30 September 2014.

The network test will run its first phase over a 27-hour period from 20 September 2014 at 9:00 p.m. JST to 22 September 2014 at 12:00 a.m. JST. The second round of participants will (still, as previously announced) be notified starting 03 October 2014 with the test running over another 27-hour period from 04 October 2014 at 9:00 p.m. JST to 06 October 2014 at 12:00 a.m. JST.

I'm liking the character designs of the Supreme Kai of Time and Tokitoki (heh). Towa and Mira...a little less. They'll probably grow on me. It's probably the skin color.

Also it occurs to me that people unfamiliar with DBO may start spreading rumors of Miira and Towa being the bad guys of DB15. ^^;;

Time Kaio's haircolor and hairstyle remind me of Nami from OP.

I've wanted new enemies in a Dragon Ball Game for ages now. (Even if they're both from DBO they're both kind of new right lol) Will be interesting to see what they can do. Whats the deal with that bird though, looks drunk!
