After playing 7 mediocre games never did i think we would get this kind of game especially this fast,Now i see why fans love Dimps so much and to say that they make great games is an understatement,This is what i call an AAA anime game.

It's a shame that Crapcom got them under its heels once more and we won't see Xenoverse sequels ...

If I could play it on my regular laptop, and all I'd have to buy is a controller, I'm sold.
Hmmm, really depends. Usually, yes. To run smoothly, you would need a gaming laptop, preferably a good desktop, if anything. If it's a laptop with minimalist specs without a good graphics card and not much RAM, chances are your game is gonna lag a lot, if it even runs at all. Are you able to run games on it? If so, what titles and at what configuration.

On Steam, the System Requirement are usually listed on the Store Page. It'll probably be up a few weeks before release, and you'll be able to compare them to your specs.

If you're still unsure, you can turn to this.
Thank you for the info! I've been console/handheld since forever, but I haven't had any interest in buying a new console as I'm pretty much almost-always on handheld now.
I've never run a game on this laptop outside of that DB Mugen from a thread on here a while back (which runs fine). I have an Intel Graphics card, don't know exactly what type, and I've got 6GB of ram.
When we learn more about Xenoverse, and it is added to this website, you'll be able to know for sure if your computer will be able to run it without needing to know a lot about computers - it does all the work for you!
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I wouldn't really worry too much. If Bandai Namco wants sequels, this game gets the MAJOR bulk out of the way. They could easily use a much smaller team to add characters, attacks, mechanics, etc for a second or third game.

For the same reason we never got a Burst Limit 2. Capcom had them working full-time on Street Fighter 4 and they 'left' Bandai.

Hmm, that sounds plausible. I'll rephrase then: No more DIMPS DBZ games for the next five years.

Sony (or Microsoft) should just buy DIMPS and make exclusive DBZ games.

Congrats on Bandai for making a DRAGON BALL game finally available on Steam (PC).

It'll be interesting to see how the game looks in its highest settings for those who've got luxury gaming PCs.

So it appears that the campaign and versus modes play completely differently? That the camera in versus is locked while in single player you're free to explore and fly wherever. Super interesting. Hope it doesn't make versus mode feel shallow by comparison. A little worried at IGN's description of the combat as "simple."

I just realized my biggest disappointment with this game so far... Saiyan characters with the waist pads! Instead of their pads going down towards the ground when their legs are bent, the pads awkwardly bend with their legs...

Well, I still meant Dimps. They could just use a group of like 5 people that worked on the game this time to continue making updates on it, instead of using a whole development team. Kinda like the same way Dimps is still supposedly making the models for all the new characters in Heroes.

I don't think they'll be anything left to put in a sequel.

I read that Dimps are 2 teams now,One for capcom and one for Bandai's anime games like Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya.

I wasn't too worried about IGN description, they never seemed to enamored with DBZ games. And that is only local multiplayer with the camera locked like that, when you vs online, it will be just as free as the single player mode. The Local Vs. mode gives it more of the 2.5D feel that a lot of fans wanted. I personally don't have anyone to really play local with, so I was good either way. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This could potentially be better than Budokai series combined.

I like Dimps' confidence with the porting of Xenoverse to PC. That means we are possibly going to have the greatest Dragon Ball game to date.

The BGM they used for the trailer sounds really nice but still, release a freaking demo for the 360/PS3/PS4/XO users to try it out or an open beta because I want to try this game out so much.

I think a sequel of Xenoverse might hurt the DB franchise more then it would help. A 2 year gap should suffice for me. If they do new characters as DLC packs AFTER the game is released, I might buy them. I might probably even buy a possible (wishful thinking) SSJ3 Vegeta transformation skill, if they don't have it already.

DB Xenoverse is not a DBZ simulator with fighting elements, it's a semi competent fighting/action game with DBZ simulation elements.

The whole story is made out of What-If's so ssj3 Vegeta is a must at this point.
