It's a shame we probably won't get SSJ2 or higher. They don't have enough transformations or power-ups to make every race even.

Depends for the attack, something like a Super Kamehameha or a Final Flash are fine the way there are, for more complex attacks however, a super short cutscene is apreciated altough not really needed.

I don't see that. It looks far better than anything Spike has done.
At least his hands aren't clipping into Raditz's arms or chest with Goku's crooked oversized mouth hung open as I would imagine this scene in a Spike game. But I'd agree Burst Limit still looks better in terms of models. Xenoverse just has more detail, (that isnt just bad light reflection as RB2 did).

Ultimate Finish cutscenes would be nice if done like the Projectile ultimates in RB or BL where the attack itself is in real time but the cutscene of it obliterating the enemy/planet exploding is shown if it hits the eneny directly, or even better if it activates just if it K.Os them.

Wouldn't the Androids/Cyborgs technically be Earthling since they were born/created on Earth?

Yeah I know but we are talking about a possible way to power up normal Earthlings to Super Saiyans/Super Namek/Original Form Changeling/Majin power levels. Having a quest to turn yourself into an Earthling Android is possibly the only way(unless they do the whole Elder Namek/Elder Supreme Kai unlock ability).

Those Ki Blast barrage attacks... really suck. They barely hit their mark. Also, been on a marathon of missions glitches with AI showing up and freezing or falling under the map...

Doing versus has been a bitch too, constant freezing, but when it does work you can choose to stay in the room you joined.

Other than that, I'm having a blast. Unlocked Nappa's Ultimate Move "Giant Storm" I guess.

Is it laggy? The gameplay videos show a lot of lag, from what I'm seeing.

My 1-on-1 matches have actually been pretty flawless. When you have three other people doing the story matches, if everyone's connection isn't great, it gets a little laggy.
