The World's Strongest will always be my favorite.

Also why does a "favorite movie" topic seem to appear at least once a month? I remember telling my favorite movie on here over a dozen times now.

Movie 9 hands down for me. This to me has the perfect balance with all the fighters present and surprisingly get good enough screen time. This movie fits right after watching the Cell arc too. The last appearance of Future Trunks in a movie. :( Oh and Goku not being a ball hog.. If only BOG had a bit more time with the other characters too besides Goku then it might have had a chance but it just falls with all the other movies for me.

Oh. You meant DBZ movies. I'd say movie 12, for much the same reasons Kaboom chose it. I'm also quite fond of movie 1 for the solid fight scenes that have just the right mix of DB and DBZ elements, the henchmen actually being relevant and not just useless fodder, the good animation, the atmosphere, teamwork being effective, Piccolo and Goku teaming up, and the attempt to expand the mythos.
I think we can all agree terminator 2 is the best action movie there is. I can't argue dead zone, but captain America?!

Battle of Gods is my #1 favorite. DBZ Movie 1, DBZ Movie 13, DBZ Movie 5 and DBZ Movie 8 come afterwards. It been ages since I seen DB Movie 1-4, so I can't comment on them.

Captain America 2 is my favorite superhero movie, yeah.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

No. 1 favorite: Battle of Gods(Director's Cut).... Decent humour, great antagonist, familiar style of the old times, just like it was promised by Toriyama. Though it isn't complete as a whole story, still the best movie.
2. The Wrath of Dragon... Decent story of Tapion, great moments of favorite heroes
3. Battle of Gods (Theatrical Realise), I like the character of the villain, but I didn't see the movie to be a complete one.
4. Fusion Reborn
5. Path to Power
6. The Tree of Might

I personally can't see that Battle of Gods a movie as I view the other 13. I can view just like a first part of a saga. This movie didn't have that ending like the other ones, it didn't really have an ending to begin with. I'm really looking forward to the next movie to have a complete ending(or possibly have it in the third movie).

Hahaha, the first step is admitting it. I'm just kidding friend, it was a good movie.

On a dragon ball related note, I'm glad to see a bunch of people say they like bojack unbound. No bio broly fans yet... Is that universally everyone's least favorite?

No way!!! I have to ask, why?
I liked the android saga leading into cell, even though the movie could stand alone it still had that feel.

Too much of androids... I simply did not like that. We had 4(5? if we coulnt Dr. Gero to be one) of them in canon. Why would we need additional 3? It was a good point witnessing three adult Super Saiyans fighting for the first time, but I really hated Super Andtroid 13's design. For me it was boring for some reason. I didn't like Bio-Broly either, that Broly was reinforced, but I really liked that fact that the kids and not mention Krillin could solve something on their own without needing Goku, Gohan or Vegeta to be around.

Easily Movie 12. With 13 and 7 as a close second and third.

You cannot go wrong with zombie Hitler and Gogeta.

I used to like Movie 12 when I was younger like a decade ago, not so much now. The movie does not hold up very well for me. The movie forgets that Gogeta is the main selling point of the movie and he shows up on screen for like 10 seconds. The scenes escaping out of Hell is cool, but they are way too short. I'm kinda surprise that Cell never had a cameo in Movie 12. I can see why other people like it though.

Movie 1 is a favorite of mine because of the nostalgia. It was my first DBZ movie ever and I first saw it on Toonami after school in 2001. Movie 5 is a fun movie despite the plot being nothing special. Movie 8 gets a win for me because it was my first DBZ movie that I saw in Japanese and I do enjoy watching the movie even though I hate Broli.

Yeah I thought 12 was really cool when I first saw it but kinda like broly 2nd coming I haven't really been able to sit down and watch it again. It never really seemed like there was a real threat on earth or in hell. I like that gogeta is such a bad ass that he doesn't really even need to fight but it was more irritating to me than the spirit bomb endings. Good movie just not a favorite.

And about the androids I could see growing tired of having a ginyu force size roster of them pop up in different episodes and movies. I like that the RR army and Gero hate Goku so much that they just keep coming after him. The continuity is something I enjoy, not to mention muten roshi telling oolong that he is in the pole position!

Bojack Unbound.
- "Teen" Gohan my favourite character is the hero once again.
- The fights are awesome.
- Goku breaking the rules, coming from the other world to punch Bojack and make Gohan open his eyes is just godly.
- Bojack and his minions are interesting.
- Satan is useful once again.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Favorite movie? Honestly, I've loved the Broly movie since I were a kid. Always found that fantastic. Movies 12 and 13 are also great, and Battle of Gods is quite good as well. And not to forget the DB anniversary movie which is just fanastically done. It's really hard to pick one favorite. For nostalgic reasons I'd say Broly, but overall I think the movie with Tapion is the best.

It might just well be Battle of Gods after now seeing it in English as well as Japanese. Probably because it has a little bit of everything that I love about DBZ. Also I think it may be my favourite "villain" out of all of the movies in Beerus.

Of all the DBZ films though, my favourites are:

Both Cooler films.
Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan
Fusion Reborn
Wrath of the Dragon

I think Battle of Gods is right up there!

I think it will take at least 9 more movies to cover everything with the 12 universes.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

fortune, YES! I love satan in that movie! That is a pretty good list of why that movie kicks so much ass.
sangofe, I know what you mean, that broly movie is so different from all the others it's hard not to consider it the best. I show people that one first if they have a general knowledge of the z series and haven't seen the movies yet. I love how broly vegeta and goku are all in the same place kinda making it feel like planet vegeta could have been if the "meteor" didn't hit and all the saiyajins came back home. there is a really cool online comic called dbz zero showing the childhood of raditz and tulece, it's on the dragon ball af Facebook page along with dragon ball af comics by toyable and young jijili... spelling is probably wrong. They are animated flawlessly I really suggest any fan to check them out ASAP!
black cat, I love the humor and fight scenes on top of the great animation. I kinda agree with low tone that it isn't exactly classed with the other movies seeing the huge gap between production. the only reason I say that is because adding that into the mix makes it so much harder to pick a favorite. however if it is your favorite I totally agree and can see why!!
and finally, sintzu + lowtone , and anyone else who wants to chime in, do you think that after this next movie they will continue with the beerus/god(S) of destruction theme and make it like a movie series? I never thought about it like that but it would be an awesome idea!!

Movie 8, 10, and 14 are all tied for me
Movie 8 and 14 are pretty obvious why someone would like those so I'll say why I like m10
I like it mainly because of the gohan vs broly fight. It felt like a well choreographed fight as well as showing gohan as more of a warrior
