The only 'Dr. Slump 2' video on that page is the opening animation...
I've been hunting any 'Dr. Slump 2' information I could find for some time now, and to be perfectly honest there is barely anything on the net to be found, let alone videos.
I think part of the problem is that 'Dr. Slump 2' isn't actually called that.. It's official title is simply Dr. Slump, just like the original animation. A search for Dr. Slump animation yields plenty of results for the 80's show, but hardly any for the second... A search with the two tacked on results in barely anything at all.
What ticks me off most is I can't buy the second animation. Anywhere. The first is available, albeit bootlegged only and with poor subtitles, but still...
Hopefully someday TOEI will release the show on dvd. Until then... We will likely never see any material from the second animation.

Those are only episodes of the 80's series, half the dubbed pilot, and the intro to the series we're talking about.
What we're looking for is the episodes of Dr. Slump 2 that had Son Goku in them.

Dr. Slump? On [adult swim]? Bad enough anime ratings are down the toilet. It's worse when viewers see old looking anime popping up, hence why Lupin the Third (which is old) and Detective Conan (which isn't quite old) were canceled. Lack of viewers.
Unfortunately, if we're lucky, FUNimation would have to air it on their station should they ever decide to license either two. Slump's humor is bordering between childish and adult and tends to use quite a bit of Japanese humor that would fly over people's heads. Just like how Super Milk-chan did. >_>;;

Which is why I said Toonami was a better choice. The age group is inbetween regular CN and Adult Swim. The only thing that would be edited is a certant scene in the first episode. Also, they would have an easier time advertising it. Something along the lines of "Before Gt, before Z, before Dragon Ball itself, there was Slump".
But, it's true that it would probably end up on their channel.

All they would have to say in the promos would be something along the lines of "From the creator of Dragon Ball Z" and right there would be hundreds of viewers.

From the few episodes of the new Dr. Slump that I've seen, I would definitely say it's targeted at kids more than anything. Even if there is a little bit of perverted humor, the overall plotline and atmosphere of the episodes rings 5 to 12 year old range. Which isn't to say I don't enjoy watching it, but to be watching it past a certain age you'd either have to be a big Toriyama fan or have a very childish sense of humor.

With Detective Conan, the reasons it was cancelled are usually blamed on it being at a bad time slot, the lack of overall plot progression, or that it wasn't quite "adult" for AS. Heck that show would've fit perfectly on Toonami at the time if it weren't for all the grisly murders.

Normally, certain members of this board would start ranting and bashing you for your several breakings of the rules. But I, personally, forgive you, since you provided all this awesome stuff.
But don't say I didn't warn you...

Wow... just wow... Toranks, you are my new best friend.
You'd think they'd only give Goku a 3-second cameo in one episode...
But still, it was nice seeing Goku, Murasaki, Blue, and even Kinto'un again.

Question. Is this a "re-telling" of the original show or is this a sequel to the first series?
EDIT: oh and Toranks the avatar size policy is 80x80...your avatar is too big, sorry.

Goku only appears in Dr Slump 2. In Dr Slump classic it doesn't appears. Toriyama hasn't created Gokuh yet.
