We have no whatseover proof, screenshot or anything to claim that Vegeta SSJ4 is even in this game yet.

Nope, the steelbook comes with the preorder of the regular edition. But SxT deal wasn't a pre-order exclusive, you could always get those characters at a later date. In here tho you are obliged to pre-order to get a well-known character. I did the same thing with a few other games that I thought wouldn't be much so I passed on the CE then later regretted it. I just want this game to be so good! They have something awesome to work with(Dragonball Online's story) Don't mess this up! What gives me hope is they are packing a crap ton of clothing items in it for online! like Like lord slug's outfit and the ox king's horns with mask and more! I believe we could also IF! this turns out to be good....we could potentially get a movie/special later on.
