Not that the other SS4 characters should be demoted to preorder "DLC", but Goku is the most important one as well as the one I care the most about. If it ended up being him who is relegated to the preorder bonus in NA, I would riot.

At that point, they might as well just take all versions of Goku out of the game and use them as a preorder bonus.

With Battle of Z, the UK got a sexy Goku statue and art book along with the Naruto Goku + Vegetto/Bardock DLC. What did we get? Naruto Goku + Vegetto/Bardock DLC. That's it. I'm afraid they are exactly that evil, my friend.

Those are the same images as were released for Europe. In other words, they have the European "Pegi" rating system logos as opposed to ESRB. I'm not convinced.

We didn't even get that. Unlike the European preorders where you could get Ninja Goku, SS Bardock and SS Vegetto all from the same retailer, the we got Bardock and Vegetto split up. So if you wanted both (before they were released as paid DLC, after Bandai Namco told us they wouldn't), then you would have had to buy the game twice from different places.

We pretty much always get screwed anymore.

Europesans usually get collector's editions while we get nothing. Throughout the Assassin's Creed series, the Europeans were the only ones getting the collector's editions, so it's not so unusual this is the case here.
I think the same happened with some Naruto Storm games.

The figure is as everyone knows from the Master Stars' series (The Son Goku Super Saiyan) and on Amazon.com it costs $55 (from Amazon themselves), so the only difference is the packaging and lack of the booklet otherwise it's pretty much the same.



Indeed it looks pretty sexy but it's a missed chance because it should have been included a Super Saiyan God Goku figure instead.

It would be the same as if you preordered the UK version. Just make sure the console's language is in English and that's the language the game will be in.

I really like the exclusive coloring version more than the original.
Can't wait to add it to the collection.

Ah, so the Collector's Edition has the DLC too (dammit Bandai/Amazon FR this info shoulda been there too).

Are you getting the collector’s edition?

So the Collector's Edition will include: Steelbook Game case (with Shen Long on it), Trunks figure, SSJ4 Vegeta DLC and 2 exclusive Freeza soldier costumes (looks as though Dimps took them out of Brave Soldiers and redesigned them as part of Dragon Ball).

After all, those who pre-order the game copy only just won't get the figure because everything else is still acquirable.

Fine by me I'm not really a fan of Trunks' or much of a figures' collector anyway (although that Goku Super Saiyan figure is badass).

Never done it before myself, but I would assume you can anyway. They always have movies and stuff up for pre-order on the website anyway. Or I could use Hastings too I suppose. All I know is while I don't care one way or the other on the steelbook or those bonus outfits, I do want to have SS4 Vegeta playable. *nod*
