Wow...what's the point of a SEC if all that's different is a card mechanic? I know it's just speculation though but I think they keep giving us lack luster SEC's because they are either running out of ideas(which I doubt) or they are trying to conserve content.

It's not that they're running out of material, to me it seems like they are literally trickling content so it lasts for as long as possible.
Super Saiyan 4 Goku as a SEC card is starting to become irritating, but I'll hold my judgement until we have confirmation. To me the second SEC actually looks like Super Saiyan 4 Broli, not Goku; at least in regards to the hair.

Just his card ability, which doesn't tell us anything other than they fact that Super Paikuhan is more disciplined than regular Paikuhan.

Indeed. For the longest time I was annoyed at the fact that we had transformed states for movie villains but not their base form. Bojack got it two sets ago, now finally Broli. In fact, Bio Broli may be in his giant form too, bringing all Broli forms into the game plus extras.

Except the "unrestrained" blond Super Saiyan. I don't see how it's so hard to make the costume. Just remove some jewelry, add a couple of hair spikes and change the texture color.

Like I said before, now I can obsess over Janenba instead. I'm hoping we'll eventually get the a mini Janenba that summons the giant one.

I'd rather obsess over Gogeta. Add in his base form and make it an official thing so he never has to go without it again. It's annoying.

It's probably just a heroes thing, like many of the other "just Heroes" things. While I'd like an explanation, the only content to really get that luxury was SS Bardock. SS3 Trunks and SS4 Broli kinda got hints in trailers with the fist fighting Buu and the second using Black Smoke Shenlong's power. But even then, those aren't confirmed explanations, they just happen to be game trailers that make some amount of sense (unlike others that just throw random characters together).

If you are buying a Japanese 3DS, I'd say go ahead and pick up UM2. But seeing how the game is just moving cards back and forth a couple times, I wouldn't waste your money on a Japanese 3DS just for UM2. But if you have that kind of disposable cash, do whatever you like?

Is there any chance that we will see Majin GT Vegeta or Majin SSj4 Vegeta? We already have Majin SSj3 Vegeta and I'm kinda surprise that they didn't give GT Vegeta the Majin treatment yet.

Adult Gokû in ssj2 with GT clothes is a terrible tease because I don't think we ever got to see that in GT. (Or was there something in the first episode when they showed him and Uub sparring? I don't recall.) It does look cool though.

We've only officially seen him in his base form in the series. I think Heroes has now done card art for all his basic SS transformations in the GT outfit though, other than God.

That Gohan is so interesting. Best Gohan design I've seen in a while IMO. I really like how SSJ2 Goku looks there as well.

Glad to finally see the trailer in HD. Man do I love these trailer. It makes me want to ask Dimps if they would put LSS4 Broly in a future DLC for Xenoverse.
