While I would love that, V-Jump isn't usually as early. Sometimes things leak that early, but what gets out depends on what the person who gets it is a fan of.
So I'm prepared to wait till around the 18th for the leaks to start, and hope that when they do, the person is at least somewhat of a DB fan.

...though maybe it's better if nothing leaks and Julian is the first to break the stories on release day, that way there's no confusion. :/

I checked ANN's backlog, it was Tuesday the 15th that the July VJump leaked (a week ahead of the 21st) so this Tuesday is possible. A lot of the time YGO stuff gets leaked first though.

I'm in agreement with you on the ok if there are no leaks. I'd rather ANN not create the next "Bills" the way they misinterpreted earlier DB 15 news. (I'm aware ANN didn't create 'Bills'.)

A far-fetched worry: I hope this movie isn't cgi. After reading that tweet of Jacob's about Toei doing multiple cgi projects, it hasn't left my mind.

I've made a scenario for Jaco appear, but Tights should appear by me, becuase Bulma said that Goku and she didn't meet each other 5 years ago counting that EOZ statement of her. I want Tights to meet Goku because she would finally have a chance to meet the saiyan she heard about in youth, but never seen.

I do not really think it would have any use to put in other timeilne, I personally don't like Dragon Ball Minus chapter, but I have nothing with the Jaco manga as a prequel(excluding the final chapter when it's revealed that Goku is not a little baby, but little boy simlar in appearance how we firstly saw him in the franchise).

It wouldn't suprise me as Jaco or Tights to appear once again, as we can very well see that Troiyama likes to add some new inventions to other medias of him regarding his newest whole DB creations, example: adding Super Saiyan God legend to Dragon Ball Minus and adding Tarble to BOG... I think Toriyama likes Jaco so to add him or Tights.

For me, she became the cutest woman in this series. The design is good and her hair is like Raditz but shorter and the same than Goten EOZ. I kinda like the idea of Freeza knowing about the Super Saiyan God since the beginning. He wil always be the most memorable villain. But the rest...

I don't see any problem. He knew about the super saiyan legend since the beginning. Knowing about ssj god too doesn't make much difference.

And your point is?! Piccolo himself didn't know he was a namekian until Nappa points out. The same way Goku didn't know he was saiyan until Raditz told him.

Unlike those, maybe he met Oracle Fish too. Beerus knew Freeza so there's a connection. Freeza was afraid of the saiyan race, so knowing how strong they could get seems opportune.

By the way my friend, how Shenlong knew about it too?! Unlike Freeza, this guy doesn't even has a connection with the saiyans, as far we know.

You can always ask Toriyama and he will give you the answer on spot.
But this is my guess and makes sense.

Shelon is a wish grating dragon. The dragons usually know everything what goes on in the universe. Porunga for example knew that Goku doesn't want to come back to Earth after he defeated Frieza, and Porunga was the one who told that our friends. I think Shenlon watches over the universe. Everytime when he was asking something to do, he did put questions back like, who is this one of that one, when he was asked to bring someone back to life for example. Now in this film he knows about a despair which no one else knows, otherwise no one would have wish that, or at least our heroes wouldn't.
