The Ginyu Force might have something to do with the plot since they are in the song....?
I now reeeeeeeally want the Ginyu Tokusentai to show up but I guess that's too much to hope for. :(
In any case I'm glad that Maximum the Hormone song was about Freeza and not about, say, a certain broccoli beefcake.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.
Draws comics that may or may not have been blatantly inspired by Akira Toriyama's manga.

According to Chozenshuu 4, Neko Majin officially takes place in a parallel world from the one that the manga takes place, because of its impossible events, like the existence of the DBoxes in the Dragon World & Super Saiyan Vegeta working for Freeza a few years after the end of the manga.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Before the "further transformation" bit I was thinking it'd be something like Freeza being wished back as "bring back the strongest being in the universe lord Freeza" so Shenlong boosts Freeza when he revives him...then again maybe now we learn Freeza gets stronger like Saiyans after near death only his is a transformation after resurrection

I'd be equally up for Beerus coming to Earth to eat pudding, and then refusing to let Goku intervene in a fight for Earth once Freeza is back, making Vegeta the star against the revived further transforming "F"...this could avoid some deus ex machina to enhance Freeza.

Abilities like time-stop/reality warp and a brutal character like Recoome , a dire and desperate ordeal would be quite an interesting warm up before final battle.
But would it fit in 2-hr time restriction for a movie.
Episodic content is much more suited to better flesh out the series.if only that was possible  .

I want to hope Freeza's revenge will be somewhat creative if they're using the word despair.

They used the word despair when Vegeta lost the will to fight against Freeza's true form.

Also, was it ever said what happened to planet Freeza?

I do recall it from there. I'm more used to associating it with Future Trunks world though.

Nothing was said about Freeza planet as far as I know.

I'm not sure that I accept yet the premise that Freeza is going to obtain god power. Maybe through a wish, but that would be too easy. Isn't God power as a form a Saiyan thing? Now obviously characters like Whis and Beerus were born with it as gods, but it seems to me that it was implied that it could only be acquired as a Saiyan with multiple Saiyans contributing to it.

The most likely scenario in my opinion is that it's referencing an actual addition form. Perhaps this will be an excuse to further delve into details about Freeza's race, and maybe Tagoma and Sorbet discover a way for his race to break past their final form? Maybe that's his race's equivalent to SSJ God? Maybe every race has that? Hmmmm.....

And what about their motives for reviving him? It's been what, close to 20 years by this point. Why would they have waited this long? Wasn't the Planet Trade Organization more or less a dictatorship under Freeza's rule? Wouldn't they be better off without him? Okay, I'll stop asking questions now. :P

Seeing how Beerus won against Goku then I do expect Freeza to win. I have a feeling that we are going to have a more darker movie since they are using the words "despire". I think the movie will end with a cliffhanger to another movie.

When Freeza did achieve 100% power it was the same as when Goku went Super Saiyan 3.

Freeza's ki at 100% like Goku's ki as a Super Saiyan 3,started to slip away. Goku even thought to himself Freeza probably never went this far before because Freeza couldn't control it.

I'm excited to see what Freeza will do with a new transformation, where such control may not be an issue.
Toriyama has always focused on fighting in bursts and using power effectively, but who knows where this will lead.

What does the F stand for? Freeza? Furiza? Froze?

"The Resurrection of Freeza" sounds like a pretty cool title to me.

Next movie should be about Cell and then one for Majin Boo. ^_^

I think if you remove the context of the parade of Raditz to Buu console games, and Heroes with its "everyone gets ssj3", using Freeza gets more ground. I'd still prefer a new villain, but I do think it's the games that have mostly made me tired of repeating villains. Also Beerus was so fresh and inventive, and I wanted to see those other universes he spoke of so badly...

But this script impressed Torishima, so I've gotta still hope.

Not true. I've worked in ADR and Sound Design professionally, and can confirm that when it comes to animated features, often the dialogue is recorded first or is recorded along to skeleton animation. This allows for the animation staff to cater for individual performances to achieve a more natural looking, organic-feeling, finished product. Secondly, often the acting talent are one of the highest production costs in animation and have the busiest scheduals. A large benefit of getting the bulk of the dialogue out of the way first is that it gives a little breathing room if something needs to be altered drastically later in production.
Good thing I said 'finalized'. If the animation is incomplete then the audio director is just making guesses. This happened a lot with Shingeki no Kyojin because the audio was done before the animation was finished because the animation wasn't finished until hours before airing...even then it was rushed so much dozens of animation corrections had to be made for the home video release.

I'm not so sure Beerus was born a God. I think he somehow deserved to become a God. Toriyama mentions him in an interview as a God of Destruction, which means that this job is offered for lower beings. However Whis seems to be a natural God mostly because he shares a great resemblence with Kaioshins.

I'm very sure that they has waited untill now just because they knew that Frieza couldn't have his revenge being out-classed highly by Saiyans. I'm also sure that these two minions were the closest people, and they had a very familiar relationship with their master. Maybe he told them about Beerus too, and his God power, and about Super Saiyan God too. So I think these new characters will be the key for Frieza's new form and power(I really hope it's a Godly form, because I couldn't accept addtional forms achived through traning, becuase Frieza couldn't keep his body in Hell.) I think they have found a way to make Frieza somehow a God.

EDIT:
@dbboxkaifan
Next movie should be about Cell and then one for Majin Boo. ^_^
I'm sure that the third movie will about the other universes, because I predict they will not be able to defeat Frieza, than they will seal him somehow in a different universe, and Frieza will beging his rampage there, so our heroes will have to take the responsibility for that in the next story. Having BOG's weird ending we could expect for more stories.

Also seeing as how:
Akira Toriyama-sensei is answering!!
Majin Buu Arc, Part 3
Q6: How was Babidi born?
Toriyama: Bibidi split in two!
Rather than a child, he’s more like Bibidi’s doppelganger. He’d split up whenever there was anything difficult for just a single person to do. He could increase the number of doppelgangers even more, but his magical powers would weaken in proportion. Now that Bibidi is dead and Babidi has become the only one, he’s regained all the original magical power.
I could totally see Freeza being split off from Cold and when both died they merged into F... or "Fridge" etc.

Perhaps that F was formerly in charge of Beerus. Afterall don't Beers go in a fridge?

the trunks special was somewhat dark, but just because there are characters dying doesn't mean its a dark movie.

dark aspects are things like senseless murder, extreme gore, mass slaughter( and no dragon balls to revive), no humour(impossible in a dbz movie)

Pretty much all those things were in the Trunks-special though. And the Bardock-special for that matter.
