Some scouter-born power levels for the "weaker" characters who can still be scanned without the scouters exploding (the humans, li'l Pan and/or Bra, Videl, etc) would make for some fun trivia. I doubt we'll get anything concrete for the major characters out of it, though.

He hardly look any differnet, so it does not count. Dr. Uiro, Tullece and Beerus are the only movie villains that don't transform or have some type of giant form.

I don't know but with Goku and Vegeta getting new outfits, and Gohan getting (yet another) new hairstyle, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets them to look the right ages, I mean with BoG he probably worried if he changed there looks in the first movie in over 17 years, maybe people would forget who they are, don't forget how we all wondered who the girl with the black hair was, only to eventually (can't remember exactly how it happened) realize it was Videl.

So I'm not to worried about it.

TORIYAMA OLD MAN WHO DOESN'T REMEMBER HIS MANGA

He's sixty years old and thinks there were three Kaioshin. Not to mention he forgot Mr. Satan's defining characteristic, Elder Kaioshin's story about how he was sealed, his own explanation of the Kaioshin in the Super Exciting Guide, Super Saiyan 3, BOG's explanation for where Kaio's planet went, etc.

This is like saying that none of the Super Saiyan forms count as transformations. The physical difference between regular Tullece and Hulked-out Tullece is actually more significant than the difference between a regular saiyan and a Super Saiyan.

Judging by both the levels that we were given at the beginning of DBZ itself, and Toriyama's recent comments, the guy is rather bad at remembering how strong he made certain characters. So that's probably for the best.

I always had assumed that Dr. Wheelo's body was just sort of hidden on the other side of a wall and only his brain case thing was visible.

I really wanted to see those other universes too.
It's why I'm hoping that they make Freeza Movie worth not getting to see all that stuff Beerus was talking about at the end of BOG. I just remind myself that Torishima was impressed by Toriyama's script for Freeza Movie and hope for the best.

That only applies to a group of people, not an individual. More complicated wishes require more power, therefore need limitations to work (or multiple wishes).

As I predict Freeza will be too powerfull to handle, and ends up trapped in a different universe. By the way the gate will be opened by the firece fight or by Whis. So we can wat for other universes in the third movie, so the Gods saga will form a trilogy.

You know what would have been really cool? If Freeza wasn't actually the primary antagonist of this film, and instead of being the big bad who everyone has to fight, his wider revenge plan following his resurrection involves the invoking of some kind of larger terror or greater threat. I think Freeza would make a really sinister and effective facilitator of bad circumstances or a deathly situation, as opposed to him being the root cause of the terror himself through his own strength, which at this point in the story, is pretty insignificant without being extensively re-worked.

To be honest, nothing would inspire me less than Freeza being revived, and then using the second wish from Shenron to ask for a power up. I hope Toriyama-sensei has something more cunning and imaginative in the works.

Yeah, why not... Who can say Frieza won't be stronger than Whis with a Godly power-up, if Goku is weaker than him in base. Maybe SSJ-God transformation still ends up in a certain multiplier(very hight) So 4th form Frieza being stronger than Goku's Base that can be stronger than Whis with a significanmt margin. Like Goku is 8(he progressed something), Vegeta 8(I can imagine God Vegeta to be exactly the same power as Goku), Beerus 10, Whis 15(they didn't train), and Frieza 18-20....

But ultimately they will face Frieza again in another universe to take responsibility for sending him to inocent people. They should do it in the third movie.
