Considering the front page of the site states that the sash says 'congratulations on revival', it's pretty unlikely it has anything to do with power and is more just a gag for the toy.

It would be hilarious if Freeza was restored and Sorbet and Tamoga threw a sash over his shoulder and threw him a revival party.

Hopefully, this plays into my personal wish/theory that Freeza isn't himself the primary threat, but serves as more of a facilitator of a wider terror in his post-rival schemes to carry out revenge against those who stood against him.

Because I mean, think about it - short of being revived with a crazy power up, he is, in the words of Goku in Battle of Gods, 'not much of a foe'. It would be neat if, realising this, he began plotting a scheme, using the extensive knowledge he will have gained whilst being a paranoid, insecure overlord of the universe, of methods or avenues that could be used to bring down his former enemies, who now outclass him greatly in regard to strength.

I think they and everyone else will be in it but have a very small role or just a few lines of dialogue cause based on the poster it looks like the movie will focus on who have faced Freeza before.

If we are going for those who were on Namek, I also expect to see Bulma somewhere in there.

I'd like to see Toriyama maintain some consistency, so Goku doesn't meet Bulma, if this takes place 3 years after BoG in line with her line at the end of Z, where she said the last time she saw him was 5 years prior.

In F's lyrics there is a reference of a parasite, maybe that could be the key to Freeza's power-up?

Well,yes, but given how he's being dismissing some stuff, that line would be easily retconned.

That would also be consistent with the Namek Arc, since, as I recall, Goku doesn't ever see Bulma there, either

Looked carefully at the special items that come with pre-release tickets. Goku's got the new unknown mark and Freeza is wearing something... looks like a sash?

Gohan's legs look ridiculously long.

I don't see the Yamcha though. Yamcha never had that hairstyle. It's like a very strange, quasi bowl cut with an odd spikiness to it. He looks like a completely new character with that hair cut and outfit.
