I don't think the ultimate eyes were permanent were they? If anything, this new look will help to clarify some little things like when he is and isn't using the power. Gotta admit, I've been curious since the release of the poster about how Gohan would look once he went Ultimate or Super.

Of course the Battle of Gods SSJ Gohan is a recoloured Ultimate. There is no difference between Gohan as a Super Saiyan and Ultimate except the hair colour. That does not mean they claim anything.

They were permanent, but this is just a poster. It doesn't mean that his eyes won't be fully outlined in the movie. They were fully outlined in BoG all the time (if memory serves well), and they were also fully outlined in the manga all the time when he was brought back to life & 10 years later, in the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai. So, if they are not fully outlined in the new movie, it's gonna be an error.

From what i see, it will be same Freeza from our Universe, it will be hard to explain his power up, considering he was a push over in GT. I hope in English dub, Mr.Ayers continue to voice him (Ms. Young had chance to return for Kai, but couldn't keep up with dialogue)

GT doesn't really count for anything. Hell, whether it's been intentional or not, projects led by Toriyama, like Battle Of Gods and Dragon Ball Minus, pretty much ignore the existence of GT.
