Gohan always looks cross-eyed in that picture of Ultimate Gohan to me.

Cool. Never noticed that. Though Ultimate Gohan does look weird in that second pic. lol.
Btw, the power level thing is just a reference to his namek battle power. Pic is basically just hyping him up by asking, "Is Frieza's power now more than 530,000?!" Also, that F song references the 530,000 power level too.

Oh god.
What if Gohan shows up in his Great Saiyaman outfit to confront Freeza, and him not knowing it is Gohan, actually compliments the "amazing" poses and wonders if he was part of the new Ginyu forces?? After that, Gohan never EVER uses them again.

Gohan Ultimate eyes?
Really people, can you make a difference between normal Gohan eyes and Ultimate eyes? I think we can have him as Ultimate as he is not colored as a Super Saiyan(2) on the poster. Most logically no one needs to be Super Saiyan in that cast. Because Goku can fight in base with a power of a Super Saiyan God, and Vegeta will more than likely become a God too. But I don't want him to have blue aura. That's isn't nice, is it?
English is not my first language!
I'm still waiting for Dragon Ball in Super...

There's nothing new in the cinema today article as far as I can tell.
I think the big character pages updated for BOG in December, I think that will clear up what's with Gohan.
I'm sticking with my temporarily re-written history theory for now, at least until we see Trunks and Goten.

Fine theory, but why would Frieza still need to be resurrected in an alternate reality? I'm thinking about the poster.... BOG was scheduled to promote the whole franchise, so almost all the cat members were addded. But now they didn't want to add only the cast members, only those who play major roles in this movie, or these are the only ones who will be present in this film? Becuase I would miss Bulma(even is she won't meet Goku), Bra and Pan. Bra should be born if the film takes place 3 years after BOG, shouldn't she?
English is not my first language!

This Frieza being from an alternate universe would kill the whole premise of Frieza returning, imo. I mean, it's no different from them fighting Raichi's ghost Frieza. Doesn't really count as fighting "our" Frieza--the one we've grown to love/loathe.

I wouldn't have Freeza be from another universe. It's Uni 7's Freeza, it would be that same universe, only changed to his favor, but Freeza would still have all his memories from before. (Because that way he can wave what he's done in Gokû and Vegeta's faces. If Freeza doesn't recall the before world much banter is lost.)
Same bread, different peanut butter, for an analogy. Not sure that analogy works though. I'll post a better one if I can think of it

Ok, better analogy: you draw a full page of a comic and then you erase the bottom portion of the page while leaving the top portion in tact. Then you draw something completely different in those panels, but it's still the same piece of paper.
Any other universes are completely different pieces of paper.
OR, to use a movie reference, the other type of time travel where the world you live in gets changed, but it doesn't create new timelines. Those doing the changing however still only have memories of their lives before the change, not after.

Well Goku was jogging in BOG, so this time is Gohan turn.
Never thought his outfit would cause such ruckus. His hairstyle can't be worse than it was in Namek either.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Yes, it's Gohan. The filename on the official website was ‘gohan.png’.

I've always been under the impression that the other universes aren't actually parallel/alternate realities, but rather physical locations where other strong beings, completely different to Goku and co., could be living. At least, that's how they made it sound at the end of BOG and in the Chozenshuu.

No thank you, I'd rather it stay clear of the campy moments that let the previous movie done some.
On a side note I hope to god Pilaf and co aren't in this movie.
