So how does this what if universe play out:

Goku does not return to Earth for a day
Gohan does not join the Tenkachi Budokai to work on his studies
Piccolo and Krillin don't turn into stone

Krillin vs. Pui Pui
Piccolo vs. Yakon
Vegeta vs. Dabra

Can they defeat Babidi without the help of Goku and Gohan?

Assuming all these match-ups happen: Krillin one-shots Pui Pui, Piccolo one-shots Yakon, and Vegeta defeats Dabra after a decent fight. Then Kaioshin one-shots Babidi and takes Buu's ball away. But even if we just forget about Krillin, Piccolo, and Vegeta, Gohan and Kaioshin could easily take this themselves if they wanted to.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Pretty much agree with the sentiments previously stated. The Z-Fighters win and pretty easily. It really does put into retrospect how insanely strong the Z-Fighters are. The person who's considered among the weakest of the group, Krillin, has a power level in the millions. I mean isn't he essentially a casual planet buster?

I mean if measure through Kili, Krillin's power level would probably be 75 Kilis, considering 1 Kili = 50,000 BP

I'm going to say... yes, the heroes win. Piccolo makes short and easy work out of Yakon, and Super Saiyan Vegeta would actually enjoy his fight against Dabra before quickly ending it, maybe using Super Saiyan 2 to show off and make it extra easy.

The only uncertainty is Kuririn VS Pui-Pui. I usually consider the latter to be up between 1st- and 2nd-form Freeza in power, but that's entirely arbitrary on my part. He could just as easily be down around Captain Ginyu's level like where I consider Kuririn, or even less than that. But from a narrative standpoint, I'm going to assume that had things happened this way and Kuririn was matched up against Pui-Pui, he would win.
White Oni wrote:Piccolo, Krillin, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Yajarobi, Roshi, Chi Chi VS. Dabura
Piccolo's the only one strong enough to do any straightforward damage to Dabra, and even then only barely, and Kuririn and Tenshinhan are the only ones among the humans who can be useful in any way. Their best shot is to somehow immobilize Dabra so Piccolo can nail him with a Makankosappo or something. Or get lucky with a Kienzan. But their chances are slim, and I'll say they're going to lose 9 out of 10 times.

Dabra was around Perfect Cell's level. Cell was FAR superior to Vegeta during the Games. Dabra wins.

Dende was not a warrior, nor did he ever undergo battle-related training that I'm aware of. Raditz wins.

Cui was more powerful than Saiyan Saga Vegeta. He should beat this team decisively.

Nail's PL=42k. This makes him far stronger than Dodoria and base Zarbon--but I'm not exactly sure how powerful transformed Zarbon was. I'd tend to believe that he was between 30k-35k, myself. If that is the case, Nail should win.

Guru sits his fat ass in the chair while the Saibaman spits acid on him. Saibaman wins.

Even during the Raditz-arc, Kuririn's PL=206. King Piccolo's PL=260. KP wins.

You are seriously overestimating them. Teamwork doesn't matter one bit when your enemy can sit there all day and let you wail on them and not feel a thing.
Dabura VS Cell Games Vegeta. No spitting.

Dende, End of Z VS Raditz

Cui VS King Vegeta, Bardock and his team, and Nappa. No great ape.

Nail VS Dodoria and transformed Zarbon

Guru VS Saibaman

King Piccolo VS 23rd WMAT Krillin

Karin VS Spike the Devilman
Even if you think Gohan was only a SS against Dabra (I don't), he still one-shots.

Mr. Satan > Dende.

Cui still kills them all effortlessly. Vegeta surpassed his father before he turned 13. By his late 20s, his power level was 18,000. I don't even see King Vegeta going over 10,000. Anime Bardock and co are even weaker, and thus make no difference. Teamwork only really works if at least one of the team members is decently close, or the numerical advantage is truly overwhelming.

Nail slaughters them both. Dodoria would go down in one blow. Zarbon would actually last a bit, if he didn't act like a pussy (which would cause his ki to drop), but he's still not going to do anything.

Unknown. There's nothing even hinting at Guru power or lack thereof. I'll just say the Cultivar would win, as it actually has feats and statements going for it.

Daimao tears Krillin apart, going by official power levels.

Karin stomps hard. He was heavily implied to still be superior to Goku after his training, and that Goku smacked the Devil dude around. If you include guidebooks, then Karin was also given a power level of 190, which makes him stronger than anyone at the 22nd Budokai. He'd one-shot this guy.
Great Ape Raditz VS Guldo
Raditz: 15,000

Guldo: ~10,000

Raditz is stronger... but Guldo's psychic powers should still be effective. If they're strong enough to be relevant to the other Ginyus, who are far above this level, and strong enough to handle 13,000 Krillin and 14,000 Gohan at the same time with no real effort, he should be able to beat Raditz.

That isn't true because:
1. Goku was read at 3,000 kiri. 3,000 x 50,000 = 150,000,000. Buu arc SSJ Goku is not equal to Namek arc SSJ Goku.
2. The V-Jump sucks.

1) I figure Dabra to be about the same as Cell Games SS Goku, in terms of power level. Obviously Cell Games Vegeta is still lagging considerably behind that, so he loses.
2) The average Namekian (PL: ~3000) is stronger than the average Saiyan (Assuming Raditz's 1,500 is "average"), and even though Dende's still relatively young, he got a power unlock boost from the Grand Elder. That's going to count for something. I'll say Dende wins.
3) I'm thinking strength in numbers could let the Saiyans win this one, but Bardock, Vegeta Sr, and monkey-Raditz are going to be sharing most of the work. Nappa and Bardock's teammates won't end up doing much.
4) He spanks all three of them at the same time. He's not only got much more power than any of them, but inherently more skill.
5) Despite whatever the Grand Elder's power level may be, which is a mystery, he's geriatric and essentially immobile. He's not going to have any way to prevent a Saibaiman from hugging his face and self-destructing.
6) Going by official power levels because I can't be bothered to care any further, Kuririn's still at quite a large disadvantage, and gets killed again.
7) I'm sure Karin is the more powerful one, since he wasn't noted as surpassed by Goku until the King Piccolo period. As a godly figure, I'd bet a buck that Devilman's beam won't affect him.
8) If Gurd was sneaky and resourceful enough with his special abilities to almost kill Kuririn and Gohan, then I'm sure he can do the same to Raditz, who'd be an even bigger target when immobilized.

1. Dabra's much stronger, so Vegeta can't do anything here.
2. I see Dende being around 900-1,000 after having his potential unlocked. He's weaker and he has no fighting ability. Raditz wins.
3. If Kiwi does his "Ah, Lord Freeza" technique, that'll take the majority of them out. Oozaru Raditz will be the toughest challenge for Kiwi, but I don't think he'll do enough damage to change the outcome of the battle. Kiwi most likely wins.
4. Nail dominates them with ease. They're too weak.
5. What Kaboom said.
6. Daimao wins. If this was old Daimao, I could see Krillin giving him a good fight. Piccolo was quite impressed with Krillin's power in the 23rd Budokai. Still, young Daimao would make quick work of Krillin.
7. Karin wins.
8. Gurd would just use his telekinesis and eat him, literally.

Nail is slightly stronger and much faster and more maneuverable. He takes Nappa alone.

5. Call it a hunch, but I think Vegeta wins this one.
6. I'm going to give this one to Gohan due to a decent power advantage, but Vegeta's skilled enough to not go down without a fight.
