Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

You're relatively new to the forums so I suggest looking at how others post, looking over the rules again and changing your posting style based on that.
Okay, thanks, man. I feel a little dumb now, but okay. No worries.
My pet peeves:
People who spell Broly "Brolli"
People who call Beerus "Bills"
People who think that super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is coming back for Fukkatsu no F
People who think Broly can kill ssj3 Goku
People who hate Gohan in the Buu Saga
People who think Broly could kill FREAKIN' BEERUS
The image doesn't look real or even close to professional. It just needs to fade away into obscurity. At least for the next three months or so, until someone rediscovers it because they're new or weren't really around for this point of the movie's promotion.

Listening to the podcast and the discussion about how Toriyama told us about the dual-eye type scouters in advance, that same series of Scouter Q&A mentioned a new character we've never seen: Gichamu. He was the one who took the Tsufruian scouter and developed it for use by Freeza's organization. Wondering if we might see him at some point with Tagoma and Sorbet before they come to Earth or something? It would be nice to have a design for him/her.
Originally, it was a device for the purpose of guarding against enemies and beasts, but Gichamu, a highly skilled engineer in Freeza’s army, laid eyes on it and made modifications for concrete battle power numbers and telecommunications abilities, and soldiers began making use of it to carry out offensives.

I assure you not many people will be laughing if they see that...

Due to the code people found in XV, I think it's more likely Freeza's new form will be spoilered by the game. Either that or we're waiting until March like with ssjg Gokû.
OR the FRG code has nothing to do with Freeza and it's for Frog Ginyu or something.

That would be the greatest thing ever!

I really hope it's fake!
It's fake.
The Toriyama comment is copied-and-pasted from my own transcription (with the same linebreaks, which isn't the same as V-Jump or Weekly Jump), and poorly-formatted to boot. Plus the text that's intended to say "new transformation" (変身 henshin) actually says "new conversion" (変換 henkan).

THX.
@double-eye scouters
I'm very curious what can these objects do? I'd say they measure higher level of Ki. Can they detect God Ki also? I'm not saying to measure, but to detect, maybe?
English is not my first language!
I'm still waiting for Dragon Ball in Super...
Hey guys did anyone notice? That Goku Is wearing his original Gi In the trailer.
I think Goku gets his new outfit In the movie, maybe Whis is the one giving him this outfit?
Or when they get into the Godly realm/dimension.

I don't think the footage in that early trailer is even going to be used in the movie.
Yeah. That teaser probably doesn't really relate to the film at all in terms of what you see. Yeah, the wish tagline is important, but otherwise it's like the first BOG teaser, just some throwaway animation for the purpose of saying "Hey, there's a new movie coming out!"
MCDaveG wrote:I want to see Tao Pai Pai and Crane Hermit in this one. Seriously!
They are one of those DB characters we didn't saw again but same as Pilaf, are present somewhere in DB World.
I would imagine Tao Pai Pai and Vodka are likely dead for good. Either he died from Super Buu's attack or he died when Kid Buu blew up the Earth. He was more evil then #17 and Pilaf since he killed more people then any of those two have in their life time. Vegeta said bring back everyone expect for the really evil ones. I think Tao would be consider to be really evil. If the gun men that made Buu angry for almost killing Mr. Satan never came back then I would imagine Tao and Vodka never been brought back.
But! Tao and Vodka in Z are filler characters. I wonder, how much Toriyama takes a filler into his consideration or if the movies are based solely on the manga.
I think, it is for sure, that he can't possible even remember the filler stuff nor aknowledge it.

Mercenary Tao was definitely important in Dragon Ball, though.
