Freeza First Form, 100% and Final Form are all separate on the select menu. Also, you cannot go SS1-SS2-SS3, you have to select one as a create-a-character and if you're not then it's based upon the costume you choose. For example Buu arc Goku can only go Super Saiyan 3.

I don't think it is confirmed yet, but you can presumably access only two transformations at a time since they are Ultimate Attacks and you have 2 slots for Ultimates.

The way in which they said that different costumes changes the attacks and transformations makes me doubt this otherwise it'd be redundant that it changes them.

Also, Raditz has 3 outfits. Perhaps some what-if things? I'm sure they have his hair and a Super Saiyan version for it in the create-a-character anyway so we'll see.

When you transform to Super Saiyan your ki depletes but you have unlimited use of super moves whilst you're transformed. When it's over though, your ki/stamina is locked out for a certain period of time.

As for the stream being bad news, it's actually been great. Lots of cool stuff and lots to look forward to.

I'm really hoping they just aren't able to reveal customization for the official characters right now. Not to the same extent as the avatars of course, but just being able to mix and match their own costumes with their attacks and transformations in whatever combination you want. Not being able to select Goku in his damaged Freeza Arc costume as a SS3, or Vegeta as a Super Saiyan in his Saiayan Arc armor will suck. =/

Would have been interesting to see some of the Freeza race customization, but not a bad stream imo. I'd hazard a guess that SS3 transformations for CaC are in the game but they're waiting for another time to announce? It was a bit awkward the way they brushed over it without confirming nor denying.

I was definitely hyped on the black saiyans. Now let's just hope we don't see the same backlash the movies Annie, Hunger Games, and Star Wars received.
