NEPs with subtitles? Where are they other than the D. Boxes?

I'm missing DBOX Z 1 and 2, I'm never going to get them because of the price. What other releases have NEPs with subtitles?

Also, are there even any releases of the original Dragon Ball that have NEPs? (other than Japanese only releases)

I'm afraid the answer is "nowhere." The Dragon Boxes are the only official English release that have the original Japanese previews.

I know the Spanish Dragon Boxes have the NEPs but I can't remember if they're subbed (if they are then it'd in Castellano, Catalán, Gallego, Euskerá).
