— Kibito has a battle power roughly on-par with that of base Gohan, who's only moderately weaker than base Vegeta, who squashed Pui-Pui under his boot like a bug. There's no discernible difference in just how badly Pui-Pui gets slaughtered by Kibito or Vegeta.

Babidi's Magic, his henchmen's reputation for being the "strongest in the universe", Dabura's power and reputation, and of course, Majin Buu. It could be that they were just cautious and not "scared" of all the henchmen except Dabura, whom which Kaioshin actually feared.

Majin Boo, and by proxy Bobbidi, and by further proxy any of Bobbidi's minions. Basically what Darkron beat me to saying.

Plus factor in that the power of Bobbidi's "majin-ized" minions possibly can't be measured by sensing, and it would be further cause for apprehension. Kaioshin wants to play things safe, but the Saiyans are more excited and content to just jump in and test their foes the old-fashioned way.

Well Beerus and Whis could be anywhere GT-wise IMO. I'm a BoG haxer so I personally take Super Yi Xing Long's "I am now a god of destruction" statement when he reabsorbs Si Xing Long becomes complete to be a power statement and by extension: SSj God Goku ~ Super Yi Xing Long or Beerus ~ Super Yi Xing Long. If nothing else the God Ki thing just might explain SSj4 Gogeta's red hair compared to SSj4 Goku/Vegeta's black hair... (:

Don't forget that, when it came time to throw down, he actually did attempt to fight tons-of-fun despite being scared shitless and completely outmatched. Fighting jelly jugs might have been even worse than fighting Pure Buu, since fatass resembled a twisted, monstrous version of what was likely his father-figure. And he managed to survive the ordeal and save Gohan.

I say Gotenks, if it's post-ROSAT. Gogeta can't be two times more powerful with just SSJ. However, Gogeta's IT+Kamehameha combo would kill Gotenks, so there's that.

3. I'm starting to think base fusions don't need to be that strong. It should be a bigger boost than SSJ tho. So I would say Gogeta is close. He can pull it off.
