First things first, Bio-Android first (designs already created for Dragon Ball Heroes, should be easier to do that than new races) and then they can introduce whatever they want.
Only the Berserker model follows the organic type Cell is. The Normal and Elite versions are modeled after 17 and 19 respectively.
They can redesign the concept and introduce the Cell type only, or put the others too If they feel generous.

Was there a reason why you cant have a slender Super Buu body-type for male majins? I don't see why you have to be fixed to be fat as the male one. Let alone being unable to be a fat female Buu.
A lot of overlooked no-brainer nuisences still irk me with the CaC. I really hope clothing is unisex, because in all these Japanese based RPGs with that feature, the men always get the better clothes. Then theres that colouring deault outfits issue... that of all things shouldnt be restricted.
I also hope you can change the eye size. They just look way too big on these models.
Zephyr wrote:The fandom's collective fetishizing of "moments" is also ridiculous to me. No, not everyone needs a fucking "shine" moment. If that's all you want, then all you want is fanservice, rather than an actual coherent story. And of course those aren't mutually exclusive; you could have a coherent story with "shine" moments! But if a story is perfectly coherent (and I'm really not seeing any compelling arguments that this one is anything but, despite constantly recurring, really poorly reasoned, attempts to argue otherwise), and you're bemoaning the lack of "shine" moments as a reason for the story's poor quality, then you're letting your thirst for "shine" moments obfuscate your ability to detect basic storytelling when it's right in front of you.

I wonder if we can have Janemba's body for Freeza's race? I also hope we can create hair for other races besides Saiyans and Humans. Raddit'z hard on Buu's body or Freeza's body would be cool to see.

Why Saiyans have no tail in this game?, the only way to get one is using saiyajin armors, I think that's cheap.

wait, is there even such thing as a "Kai race"?

Shin-jin, as per the Super Exciting Guide:
Inside the giant ball that is the DB cosmos is a world called Planet Kaishin, which is where the Kaio are all born and raised. This planet is like a giant version of the Kaio Planets that North Kaio and the others live on. On it is a gigantic tree, the Kaiju, and the Kaio are all born from the fruit of this tree, as Shin-jin. The population of this planet is about 80. The Shin-jin are genderless, and their average life expectancy is said to be 75,000 years. They live leisurely lives, studying various things at a school-like castle. But whenever one of the Kaio on the Kaio Planets passes away, they draw lots among themselves to choose who will take that Kaio’s place and become the new Kaio. The Kaioshin, however, are chosen only from among Shin-jin born from a special golden fruit that is particularly rare. Occasionally there are delinquent Shin-jin with evil hearts, and they go to be with the Makaio.
Thank you very much my friend

never knew there were evil Shin-Jin's... Anyways, can't wait for this game!

Or a sequel.

Custom Androids? Wouldn't that be the same as humans?
Except...I dunno, they can't recharge their ki?

Well, the Infinite Energy types will look like humans, but so do the base Saiyan. They'll just have different abilities (like ki automatically regenerating).
The Absorption & Cell types will be more unique in appearance though.

I'd rather just have the energy absorption skills available to everyone, and add the Android eyes / palm pads to the creation options than make that a separate race.
Actually, with all of 16's stuff like rocket punch and cannons in his arms, I guess you could come up with enough unique stuff for an Android race.

Hmm...something just occurred to me. Is there any real 'age' setting for the custom characters? Like, can we make a kid if we wanted to? Or would something like that probably just be as easy as making a character really short, and hope they have a matching voice option?

No age setting, but you can make characters child sized and give them a childish voice.

Close enough I suppose. I can't wait to hear what kind of voices we get to choose from for these too.

I don't get the Majin stat boosts at all. Shouldn't they have high healing? I know that accurately depicting the Majins would just make them INCREDIBLY overpowered, but the stat boosts they chose seem weird.
Also, all of the male Majins have to be fat? Where's that coming from?
The Monkey King wrote:RandomGuy96 wrote:dbgtFO wrote:

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

DBO, if I had to guess. Fairly sure they all had to be fat there, but I could be remembering wrong. Regardless, it is a pretty weird thing for them to forcibly require us to work with...

It is DBO's character creation that is the basis for such a strange choice. I seem to remember reading something during the translation process for this stuff about it being done to make things easier on the character creation system or something? Because there were most certainly fat female NPCs, and possibly skinny male NPCs ( I didn't get around to every location), in the actual game. Though Buu already shows this is possible in the series itself.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.
My personal "canon" and BP list. (Coming Soon)

I'm sure the kid buu majin will be able to look pretty 'boyish' as well. Just pick a more monsterish voice and dont give it the girly hair.
