Isn't Kaiosama's planet going to be an arena?

This isn't by you, is it? This person is at 91% too. :P

Nope not me. Looks like we need to do the exact same thing. I've never been ambitious enough to do an FAQ.

there are 3 new videos from the Wii-version on Gamespot.com.

As no surprice, they doesn't seem to have a clue what to do (Just look at him trying to do Songoku's kamehameha).

Plus a hands-on text!

Well, I guess being a fan of the series does help you play this game. And in his defense, I've seen PS2 gameplay videos with the gamers not doing much better than that really. Let's just call it the "Getting to grips with the controls" stage, which you seemingly get with people who didn't play the original Sparking! as well.

I'm not suprised. I said something about how Atari could easily do the cover like that (Somewhere around the 20th page, lol). I'm not suprised.

Oh well.

Leetness at Freeza arc-style SSJ Goku. Leetness =D

I suppose I'll purchase the game now. Heh

It has something to do with the R3, tap it a direction or press the R3 button.

... You're from Japan yet you can't read Kanji...? :?

Anyway, if this game is anything like the first Sparking!, it's L2 + Triangle + Down. :)

EDIT: Ignore this post. Wrong video game. ^^;

What are you talking about? You can't transform in Sparking 1, unless you count Kaio-Ken, which I don't.

According to BT2's "entry" on Amazon.co.uk, it looks like we'll be getting the Japanese box art.

You have to unlock the transformations first; from there, press R3 and you'll transform.

IIRC you can also go up two levels (where applicable by holding up and R3 -- it uses up more blast stocks. And then you can de-transform by holding down and pressing R3.

P.S.: I'm deeply sorry for the following image, especially its poor quality. My capture device is rather antequated...

... actually, I'll just link to it. :P

I hear a lot of Japanese can't read kanji too well (I think because Kanji was origonally Chinese, correct me if I'm wrong). That's why there's little hiragana/katakana above the kanji characters.

They sadly didn't include seperate stages for stuff like that, so you fight Turles on the mountain road and Earth in ruin stages (the latter being the one you get from using one of the moves that blow up stuff good -- like Final Flash, Genki Dama, etc.). =/ That's also why Bardock fights on Namek in the Lonely Final Battle stages -- it acts as a sort of 'generic alien planet' for that story.

EDIT: Hah, awesome, name-correcting word filters. :D

U.S. Music for Sparking! NEO. Contains the first of the couple tracks. It's really nice & refreshing, even more suiting than the original stuff. Enjoy :)
