I have this Broly around the same strength as Perfect Cell so....yeah....Broly wins this one rather easily.

PC couldn't even damage Gohan though.

That wasn't Full Power Perfect Cell though. That was Perfect Cell holding back. If the user in question compares Broly to FP Perfect Cell, then Gohan isn't tanking Broly's hits. But if the user is comparing Broly to the Cell that fought Goku, then Broly gets wrecked.

1) I think Gohan is stronger and still a more capable fighter than the kids, so he wins.
2) Cell. I think Piccolo is stronger than Semi-Cell, but that's about it.
3) I still think the Future Androids are comfortably above the pre-rosat Super Saiyans, so #17 wins.
4) Piccolo with ease.
5) Probably around the same level. Vegeta after a long fight.
6) The Ginyu Force can't do shit if they're unable to remove his tail. Gurd's powers would also be useless here.
7) I doubt Vegeta's much weaker than Cell, but still weaker nonetheless. Cell would win after a good fight.

The movie pamphlet states that Turles has a power level of 19,000 before eating the fruit. Vegeta stomps and he'll love it because Turles looks like Kakkarot.

That would be a 180K Vegeta. Ginyu was like what, 120K? Everyone else in the Ginyu force are even much lower than that. If the Ginyu Force manages to blind both of Vegeta's eyes because of Guldo's time stop, I'm not sure how they would be able to finish off Vegeta. Vegeta takes this 8 out of 10. However, if Ginyu uses body changing, and Vegeta being an enormous target... then Ginyu gets a new body while Vegeta tries to get used to Ginyu's old body... but Vegeta won't have enough time to figure out how to use Ginyu's ki.

Piccolo said that Majin Vegeta was fighting at the same level Gohan was when he was fighting SPC. Since this is Pre-Majin, I'd say Vegeta would get killed after a long fight, most of the time. Not to mention, SPC has instant transmission now... add that with a Kamehameha combo and, Vegeta is toast.
