American Composers for the 13 DBZ Movies

Post by clutchins » Tue Dec 30, 2014 11:39 pm

I'm syncing the Funimation Dubs to the Dragon Box Movies and the way in which I label the audio tracks are as such:
FUNimation Voice Track with Kikuchi Score
FUNimation Voice Track with [American composer name] Score
Original Japanese Voice Track
I want to make sure that the correct composers are credited when I label these, but I don't know who did a few of the movies and Dragon Ball Wiki is giving me little to no help on this.

I know that Nathan Johnson did 2, 3, 10, and 13 and then collaborated with Dave Moran on 12. The Faulconer Productions score appeared in 4 briefly, underneath all the nu-metal. Mark Menza did 6-8, but I think I'm wrong on that one. Apart from that, and not even all of that is correct, I'm still in the dark on a few of them. Can somebody provide some clarification? Thank you.

No, why would it? It's fiction. The strength of the characters is not possible to reach in reality.
I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Here you go! This only applies to the "dub with dub music" audio track, obviously. This is what the credits on the DVDs say, at least.

Dragon Ball Z Movie 01: Mark Menza

Dragon Ball Z Movie 02: Nathan Johnson

Dragon Ball Z Movie 03: Nathan Johnson

Dragon Ball Z Movie 04: The licensed vocal songs are credited, with "additional music scoring by Bruce Faulconer and Cakemix Music."

Dragon Ball Z Movie 05: Only the licensed vocal songs are credited.

Dragon Ball Z Movie 06: Mark Menza

Dragon Ball Z Movie 07: Mark Menza

Dragon Ball Z Movie 08: Both Mark Menza and Bruce Faulconer are credited for this one, in addition to the licensed vocal songs.

Dragon Ball Z Movie 09: Mark Menza

Dragon Ball Z Movie 10: Nathan Johnson & I.O.N

Dragon Ball Z Movie 11: Mark Menza

Dragon Ball Z Movie 12: Nathan Johnson & Dave Moran

Dragon Ball Z Movie 13: Nathan Johnson

In the "remastered" double-feature and movie pack discs, Mark Menza is incorrectly credited for movie 12 and 13's music.
