I want to know everything there is to know about Freeza.. his home/planet, his species, his family, how old he is, full explanation about his transformations, why his dad is stuck in the 2nd form but his true form looks so different, why they are so powerful, also do you guys think Chilled and Kuriza will show up in the film?

We don't know if Cold was only in his second form, we only speculate because he looks similar to Freeza's second form.
They planned to fight a legendary warrior, so it would make more sense for him to be at full power.

RoF is said to be an official continuation. EoB was based off of Ooishi's spinoff manga with no input from Toriyama outside of Chilled's design.

Freeza is what you might call a mutated life-form. Strictly speaking, Freeza’s father is a mutant with an abnormally high battle power. And, born from his father alone, still in strong possession of the mutant traits, was Freeza.
Accordingly, even saying “Freeza’s race”, these two are the only ones who possess an abnormal [level of] battle power and cruelty.

That still doesn't explain why his suppressed form looks like an altogether different species. Also I don't remember him saying they were 'regressions,' you mean like evolutionarily speaking? As in his suppressed forms are lower rungs on Freeza's evolutionary ladder?

We don't know if Cold was only in his second form, we only speculate because it looks similar to Freeza's second form.

It's a good speculation to make though, but the only differences between it and Freeza's 2nd form are that there's no lines on his arms/legs.

They are transformations, technically. The implication is that he wasn't born with them though, He just developed them to transform into weaker forms though, because he couldn't control his power.

I only mean that they're lower forms that seal off and/or conserve his ki.

In the manga he never really expresses any doubt that I can remember. In fact, he says that he plans to choke the life out of him no matter the cost, to which Freeza responds that the two of them together could take him easily.

I don't think Toriyama ever expressly said Freeza's race was asexual. I believe he meant that Freeza had no siblings. Effectively making Cooler completely non-canon (like we always knew).

To the people asking why Goku wouldn't ask for a good reincarnation of Freeza over Kid Buu, it's pretty obvious. lol.

Kid Buu likely never once trained in his life either, and he is infinitely stronger than an untrained Freeza! If Freeza can achieve god level by training, just imagine what Kid Buu's potential is. Combine that with his insane natural abilities, which include absolute healing, rapid regeneration, body manipulation, insane fighting IQ (i.e. learning how to fight while fighting, and using Ki attacks after seeing them once), candy beams, and so on. Uub may be human, but, if written correctly, he can easily be the most powerful being in the universe--of course, not outright after training since he doesn't even know his own origins--going by the logic of this film.

Buu is a cosmic being of pure evil ki. Uub is the opposite within a human body. Its possible to assume that if Uub is anything like an Indian deity, he has all the power at his disposal if not greater with Goku's influence,similar to Gohan's potential but through what ever "Majin" can be expanded to. If Toriyama were to even adapt Majuub into progessing a somewhat near pseudo-god tier; It would make sense. Toriyama has a lot of potential with this direction if he were to not exclusify the God attributes and accessibility to Saiyans but to expand it for everyone.

Dang I was kinda hoping he was training with Goku and Vegeta too.. I guess he shaved his head for the cop gig. I hope we get too see Tien as a farmer next and I really hope there's a cameo of Lunch in this movie. I miss her.

That's what I thought too. That scene must be Freeza and Beerus fighting. Beerus must get damaged, and then Goku has to take over. That's just how strong Freeza is, now.
