Question Regarding the DBZ Hit Song Collections?

So, I have sort of a strange question for you all. This might be for someone Japanese to answer.
There's a singer on some of the DBZ Hit Song Collection CDs called "Tricky Shirai". He mostly sang duets with KUKO (Waffle).
I really like his voice, so I tried to research him to find out more. However, nothing really came up besides the DBZ CDs he was on.
If anyone has any information on him or what his identity really is, I'd appreciate it very much.

I haven't been able to get "Dancing in the Space" out of my head since reading this topic.

I've thought about it, too, but I never see him listed anywhere else (along with other lesser-known "Hit Song Collection" contributors like TOM). The Japanese version of Wikipedia doesn't have anything either. Perhaps the liner notes from some of the CDs have information about him, if anyone's willing to check?
