Has any fighting game ever given Kid Goku GT the "Dashing Kamehame-Ha" that he used against S17? It's the Kamehame-Ha that he charged up while running towards S17. I always found it an interesting variation; heck, if he were ever given that move in one of the head-on-head fighters like Infinite World he'd probably be OP.
Dashing Kamehameha? I never knew ki attacks could be so good looking. Tell me more.
But in all seriousness, no. I don't recall a Dashing Kamehameha like technique in any Dragon Ball game I've ever played.
