Post by simmdogg113 » Fri Oct 06, 2006 11:44 am

Can someone tell the correct openings and endings for all Dragonball/Z/GT Movies? I know that Cha-La Head-Cha-La, Makafushigi Adobenchâ!, Romantikku Ageru Yo, We Gotta Power, DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete ’ku, Detekoi Tobikiri ZENKAI Pawā! were used. Can someone tell me which versions were used on each movie?

Well, the openings for DBZ were always either Head-Cha-La or We Gotta Power, depending on the current season on TV. The only time they weren't used as openings was for Movie 13 that just had the credits during the start of the story. For the DB movies the opening song always was Makafushigi Adobencha and the closing was always Romantikku Ageru Yo, except for the third film and the tenth anniversary movie. Anyway here's a breakdown for you:

Dragonball Movie 1:
OP- "Makafushigi Adventure!"
ED- "Romantic Ageru Yo"
Dragonball Movie 2:
OP- "Makafushigi Adventure!"
ED- "Romantic Ageru Yo"
Dragonball Movie 3:
OP- "Makafushigi Adventure!"
ED- "Dragon Ball Densetsu"

DBZ Movie 1:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Dete Koi Tobikiri ZENKAI Power"
DBZ Movie 2:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Ikusa (I-KU-SA)"
DBZ Movie 3:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Marugoto"
DBZ Movie 4:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "'Ya' na Koto ni wa Genki-Dama!!"
DBZ Movie 5:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Tobikkiri no Saikyô tai Saikyô"
DBZ Movie 6:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "HERO (Kimi ga Hîrô)"
DBZ Movie 7:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "GIRI GIRI --Sekai Kyokugen--"
DBZ Movie 8:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Burning Fight --Nessen-Ressen-Chôgekisen--"
DBZ Movie 9:
OP- "Cha-La Head Cha-La"
ED- "Ginga o Koete Rising High"
DBZ Movie 10:
OP- "WE GOTTA POWER"
ED- ""Kiseki no Big Fight"
DBZ Movie 11:
OP- "WE GOTTA POWER"
ED- "Dragon Power Mugendai"
DBZ Movie 12:
OP- "WE GOTTA POWER"
ED- "Saikyô no Fusion"
DBZ Movie 13:
OP- none
ED- "Ore ga Yaranakya Dare ga Yaru"

DB Tenth Anniversary Movie:
OP- none
ED- "DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete 'ku"

TV Specials:
Bardock Special:
OP- "Cha-La Head-Cha-La"
ED- "Hikari no Tabi"
Trunks Special:
OP- "Cha-La Head-Cha-La"
ED- "Aoi Kaze no HOPE"
GT Special:
OP- "DAN DAN Kokoro Hikarete 'ku"
ED- "Don't You See!"

As to which versions of the main themes were used? It was always the "TV size" versions.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

The FUNimation DVDs. Believe it or not, they're 100% Uncut. With November's DBZ movies 1-3 redub set, all the movies (except Curse of the Blood Rubies) will be available, so there ya' go.

Thanks for all the help. I'm trying to create a Openings/Closing DVD for Dragonball, and I have a lot of them. I know there are several versions of each opening and closing animations for Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, and the movies. Does anyone know if there is a complete list of Openings and Endings (Series and Movies) for all countries?
