The scientists said so after his recovery, in a healing tank, from the Kanassa mission.
Wait so... if you thought Bardock was at 10,000.. why did you think Goku would have won?
This should be a separate thread so you can get a better discussion out of it, IMO.dbzfan7 wrote:So how would anyone rate the Dragon Ball Heroes characters power
It really depends on how weak/strong this Cell is. If he's stronger than post-absorbtion present Cell, he wins easily. If not, Super 13 has a chance.Angelus wrote:[Super Android 13 VS Future Imperfect Cell (Post-Absorptions)

My head cannon places Spopovich around Gyū Maō in Dragonball. He'd probably stomp first appearance Goku, IMO.Ranfan VS Majin Spopovich
Kaio-ken is handy in a pinch. Without it, Bardock should have enough of a power edge to take it with difficulty.Saiyan Saga Goku VS Bardock (TV Special, shortly before landing on Planet Meat)
Tien could easily destroy Pocus even as early as the Trunks arc, without the Ki-Ko-Ho. End of Z Tien is massive overkill.Pui Pui VS End of Z Tenshinhan
SSJ Goten and SSJ Trunks stomp Cell. Even after absorbing all those humans before confronting the Androids and Piccolo, Cell is no match for Goten and Trunks. In their base form they were able to more than hold their own against #18 in the Majin Boo arc, as SSJ's, Cell has no chance in hell. However, I could see Cell outsmarting them and absorbing their energy. So, at the same time I could imagine Cell pulling off a miracle and killing the both of them.Hugo Boss wrote:1st form Cell vs SS Goten and SS Trunks
Well, 18 was also super duper heavily suppressed to the point that she wasn't finger flicking regular humans. Unless you believe the kids are stronger in base than their dad's...Lord Beerus wrote:SSJ Goten and SSJ Trunks stomp Cell. Hmm... Super #13 seems weaker than #16 or full-power Imperfect Cell, but it's hard to say whether the future Cell would be as powerful as the full-power version of Imperfect Cell we saw. He'd still hatch out of his egg in the larval form and he'd still have to eat humans to power up, after all--and there's not nearly as many big population centers for him to go after in the future after the Androids killed so many people. I'd suspect that future Cell would be closer in power to the Cell we saw initially, when he wasn't as strong as weighted Piccolo or the androids... in which case Super 13 definitely wins, especially if this is a Cell that doesn't know how to regenerate.Super Android 13 VS Future Imperfect Cell (Post-Absorptions)
I can't really imagine Ranfan being able to beat this version of Spopovich. At best we'd have a repeat of the Videl/Spopovich fight, since it seems like just punching or kicking Spopovich and causing horrible injuries (like a broken neck) isn't going to stop him and that's... really all Ranfan's got aside from the "strip to throw opponents off guard" trick (which probably wouldn't really work on the almost-zombie-like Majin version of Spopovich anyway.)Ranfan VS Majin Spopovich
Hmm... hard to say how powerful the resulting fusion would be. I think it's absurd to say the result would be only "stronger than Kami"--a Piccolo/Kami fusion was supposed to be at least enough to handle Freeza, and Kami was the original "base" before the split happened, so "Piccami" should at least be above Freeza level... and it seems really unlikely that fusing with Kami would end up weaker than Piccolo even with Kami as the "base" for the fusion. But he definitely wouldn't be as strong as "Kamiccolo" was either, considering that Kami (like old Daimao) is old enough that his power is depleted due to age.Android 18 VS "Piccami"
[Piccolo and Kami fuse but this time, Piccolo fuses INTO Kami instead of what we see in the series]
No Kaioken... and Meat is where he found his crew killed, right? So this would be after he's reached the "almost 10,000" power level mentioned in the special... unless I'm getting things mixed-up there. Yeah, Bardock would most likely win this one unless Goku gets lucky with a big Kamehameha or something.Saiyan Saga Goku VS Bardock (TV Special, shortly before landing on Planet Meat)
[No Kaioken, No visions]
Base Vegeta slaughtered Pui-Pui effortlessly, so I doubt he'd put up a fight against Tenshinhan either. Doesn't even have to be end-of-Z Tenshinhan... the absolute best I can imagine him doing against Android saga Tenshinhan would be a "Cyborg Tao" situation where he might get one lucky hit in but still ends up getting his ass kicked. Either Buu saga or end-of-Z Tenshinhan should flatten him without much more difficulty than Vegeta had.Pui Pui VS End of Z Tenshinhan
This could go either way. I have Super 13 at around 16's level, and by extension Imperfect Cell's. But I'd give it to 13 with extreme difficulty since Cell can't regenerate in this fight.Angelus wrote:Super Android 13 VS Future Imperfect Cell (Post-Absorptions)

Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.
Nappa still stomps. Giant Piccolo was useless against Teen Goku and would be even more useless against Nappa who was waaaayyy stronger than Piccolo during the original fight.Logan wrote:Piccolo as a giant vs. Nappa
