"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

VHS of the movie must be hard to find, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had used the ripped version which can be found on the internet.

I saw this movie RAW ages ago and I was like "What the hell I'm watching?!!". I remember Nappa show up out of nowhere and the special effects were bad even for a budget film. I do think that this movie is the best live action adaption of Dragon Ball but that's not saying a whole lot. The release date for this movie confuses me since some sources say that the movie came out in 1990 or 1991. It just barely came out a year after Dragon Ball: The Magic Begins.
