Yeah that image was just my fun. Though really, with all of the animated scenes/trailers they do for Heroes, they could've started a whole new animated series.

It can't be the battle of z one, because compare the one I posted and the battle of z one, one has the rap in an upward position, while one has no rap at all, meaning one has no strap attached to the rap, its just around the waste, so I believe its official, but reused old material.

The lack of updates is so frustrating. And I'm someone who enjoys theorizing, but there's gotta be more to go on than what we have so far, I feel like resources for theory conversation are exhausted right now.

I can't find anything official-looking about it at all. I'm inclined to believe it's a bootleg.

The more I think about it, those circles full of text next to the poster images of Gokû, Freeza, and Vegeta; I'm starting to wonder if the text inside isn't just back-story on their roles from the manga that we already know. o_o

And/or also that the reason why we don't have much info yet is because they didn't know what was going to make it into the final film and what wasn't...but if they're recording this week, if that theory works that'd mean there'd be no reason not to start dropping plot info sometime.

Having finished read them; they're really good. It makes me feel saddened by what's become of his art-style in recent years.
I wish he was somehow still able to pull from the art-style he had back when he worked on the series. I do realize that it can be difficult to emulate an earlier art-style of your own though.

Want to get excited...but can't get hopes up...Gohan doing anything cool at this point is unlikely. Dat shot though...maybe there's a 0.0000000000000001% chance he becomes important somehow.

I don't predict him being in this movie anymore than he was in battle of gods. In other words things like the general scenes for example the great saiyaman bit and appearances in the party as well as a short fight scene in this case was with beerus. In other words I'm assuming he'll be in a few short general scenes and 1 short scuff or fight maybe some more fighting in the background of the main fight prolonging longer as well ( defeating 100s of henchmen for example).
Short summary is he should have maybe 1 moment to hold fighting attention and some smaller scenes here or there.

The issue here is that it's entirely common for figures like these to reuse bodies for new outfits or characters in an official capacity as well. You can see the same Goku body used on 5 forms of Goku, Ultimate Gohan, Vegetto, etc. You can also see the same Vegeta body with a retooled toso for Saiyan Arc Vegeta, Cell Arc Vegeta (usually Super Saiyan) or Buu Arc Vegeta (Majin usually).

I haven't seen anything in the 2ch thread I visit about the Cinecom Walker article or the Gohan scan (from whatever magazine it's from). Is Cinecom that difficult to get a copy of? Is there another 2ch thread that has noticed one or both of these and has talked about it?

Yeah I was agreeing with you with my comment because I think what you said sounds right about gohan's place in this movie.
