Japan isn't getting SSJ4 Vegeta unless they buy the guide book, so...

Well Japan is very much indifferent towards GT. And the clamouring for characters from the GT portion of Dragon Ball is not as large in Japn as it is in the US.

And each DLC pack is 9.99 with the season pass being 24.99. You do the math.

Yesish. You pay 25 bucks to buy them all upfront. This is a kind of risky investment since you don't know what packs 2 and 3 contain. So you could be paying for 1 good pack and two mediocre ones. I'd wait till we have more info and even then...it's 5 bucks off the grand total of the dlc. It's not that much compared to other season passes.

Not quite. If you look at say Borderlands 2's season pass. It covered the four story packs and the first ultimate vault hunter pack. The rest (Mechromancer and Psycho, as well as headhunter packs and ult vault hunter 2.) weren't covered by that. This season pass might only cover 3 or 4 packs.

Usually with season passes anything that's listed available for dlc that's on the pass is free once you purchase and redeem it. For example Arkham Origins contained all this
•New Millennium & Infinite Earths Skins Packs
•Exclusive Gotham by Gaslight Batman Skin
•Exclusive Brightest Day Batman Skin
•Initiation - Train as Bruce Wayne in New Challenge Maps
•All New Story
Anything that's in the pass will be free to you but you have to purchase the pass first

Maybe a SSJ4 Broly? I feel like that might be the only thing from Heroes they would include... if they decide to go that route... which I doubt.

I doubt he'll be in this but him alongside every other movie,ova and what if will probably be in the sequel.
