You know damn well it would just be LSSJ Broli with red hair and a flame aura. :p They blew it by not at least making SSJ4 Broli be skinny like his base form (or better yet, not exist at all), so I see no reason why they wouldn't do the same there.
More to the actual topic though, I wonder if they have any plans to tie the DLC to Heroes? What with it being Dimps and all. Simultaneous releases would be awesome, that way the rest of the world didn't miss out on the content.

It's gonna happen. If anything it will come after SSJG Vegeta. But it'll happen.

How would you suggest offline versus would work on Kami's Lookout without split-screen?
Hmmm, good point.
I don't really know how they're gonna handle offline play then to be honest.

1-
2- Final Destination of each stage
3- Limit the space a bit if necessary
4- Add Splitscreen? They're limiting it to 1v1 anyway so imitating the Tenkaichi series would have done no harm.

I could imagine SSJ3 being made available for you created character as DLC. But that would just split the fanbase in so many ways and would kinda create pay to win scenario. And I don't want Xenoverse to go down that road.

So basically like Smash 4 with Omega versions of each stage? And wouldn't that cripple the dashing or any of the evasion techniques in the game (besides teleporting, of course)? What would be the point of a free-roaming system if that'll cripple you to a space that small? I guess split-screen could work but with how the camera isn't over-the-shoulder or facing the back of the character, that'll look awkward.

Because it's fun. But for me, I would actually take the concept of SS4 as more befitting the idea of a Saiyan Devil. For every god there is a demon/devil that is opposite to them. So where is that dark opposite of the Super Saiyan God? We're never shown, and as a non-canon work, the idea of Brolly becoming this Devil God of the Saiyans would fit rather well with his character. Goku has reached one extreme of being good and pure hearted and became the SSG. Brolly is the other extreme of madness and rage, the absolute darkness and abyss that is the Saiyan desire for battle and destruction. So a Super Saiyan Devil Brolly would just be perfect.
I mean it's better than just having him as yet another SS3, like how they flooded Heroes with them all.

Yes, exactly how Smash 4 with the Omega versions, except here it would be just tweaking or out-right removing any hazard that would get in the way instead of making them just a simple floor. As for Split-Screen looking a bit awkward, Virtual On for the Dreamcast and 360 did it, so does Gundam Extreme Vs. and J-Stars (with J-Stars somehow fucking it up), and because the UI isn't as complicated in Xenoverse, you can still have the screen filled with the Action instead of having to border it for UI elements (which is how Virtual On and the Sparking games do it) and it could work really well.

Ugh, I forgot about that.
I don't really want DB characters because they feel a bit out of place in a game like this IMO, but they aren't the only flying characters.
Tsuru'sennin, Chaozu, Giran, Piccolo Daimao, Cymbal, Goku on Kinto-un (ala Chi Chi in Super DBZ), #8 in Path to Power, presumably Drum as well (he is technically a Namekian). You could at least cover pretty much everything from Piccolo Daimao on for some DB era content.

Well, considering the Steelbook XV is kind of a tough thing to go for I'll just order the standard copy when the time comes, and since it's included with all brand new factory sealed copies then the code should last until 2017-2018.
Great going Bandai announcing the Steelbook for Europe and then it turns out only two countries are actually getting it.
I'm not going to import from Germany as it could arrive damaged/with dents and so, that's a no.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

Shit. I forget King Piccolo, Chaozu, Giran and Cymbal could fly as well. But I doubt Goku could fight fight very well on the Nimbus. But the thing is I'd rather them cover all of the original Dragon Ball story than just bits and pieces of it.
