To be really fair, Goku fighting in a city without causing damage is because Toriyama wouldn't want to show populated areas getting damaged any more. Earlier Goku got an entire city full of people killed just asking Gero to relocate.

Both are entirely possible. Well, Gine is actually. Videl is in her Saiyagirl outfit for one of the trophy icons so we got that. Gine's hair is also in the game so you just need to make the correct face and that image is entirely possible.

Bardock may be a stretch. Depends if we get that variant of the Saiyaman outfit but we do have a Base Goku wig.

Superman was throwing Zod around the city & destroyed the buildings, and Goku could have protected the city from Boo's blast if he wanted to (he could have taken the blast for example, but he went like "oh well, more people are already dead anyway, so we'll bring them back later"). But it isn't Goku's fault for Dr. Gero destroying the city.
