In the rules of the fourm it says that you have to refer to all JPN people by their last name first then the first name. Or call them Mr. Or Ms. *insert name*.

It was a little jab made in jest at him being so informal.

I don't think it's an 'official' rule, but it is something that's somewhat frowned upon.

For what it's worth though, different areas in the US (to say nothing of different standards in entirely different countries probably, much less Japan itself) have different standards on what's 'respectful' when it comes to people's names. Where I live, for example, it's generally assumed that you will call someone by their first name if you know them well or if that's how they introduce themselves to you, but otherwise you refer to them as 'Mr.' or 'Mrs.' or so on, followed by their last name. To call someone by just their last name indicates you either know them really well (almost making it like a nickname for them, as it was for a friend of mine in HS who shared his first name with like five other people in our grade alone), or it could come off a bit disrespectful.

Japan of course though, operates more so on the notion of the last name being the one that's generally used the most, with first name being reserved for people that you're close to. So that's likely why most would prefer to refer to Japanese people related to DB's production by their last name, to adhere to Japan's standard on this sort of thing.

Just some food for thought.

Xenoverse is now available to be pre-ordered digitally but so far only on the European PlayStation Network for both the PS4 and PS3. The game is priced at £39.99 for the PS3 and will be a 6.4 GB download and the PS4 version is priced at £49.99 and will be a 10 GB download.

Picked up a Steam pre-order for £24 from Kinguin. Based American friends saving me from the dreaded VAT. £28 with VAT if you're EU and don't have a friend handy.

I so rarely pre-order nowadays but that trailer got me hyped. It may well be a shitty port but I should probably support Dragon Ball on PC regardless.

Did Bamco stated that DLC packs will include no more than three characters? if so, there's no way the final roster is 47 as...

Kid Goku is likely the GT Goku we're getting.

Anyway, the DLC was never included in the 47 character count anyway, as Jaco and SS4 Vegeta already make it 49.

59 if you include the assumingly 10 character slots for customs right?

Yeah, but I don't think the they would be counted in an proper roster count like that, since those are potential slots and someone may not fill them up.

Good to know the Ps3 version is only 6.4GB. I might go digital for this. And if the PSN version is $40 in the U.S., I'm sure a hell going digital 8)

Stream should be starting in about 20 minutes

Keep in mind, Xenoverse might not be the first game they'll show.

Pretty sure it doesn't start for another ~17 hours? My account there is set to display start times in my local time zone. It's saying 01/30/2015 19:30...and it's only 2:30.

So 7:30pm? Anyone know how long the entire stream is going to be?
