Well Kid Buu's death ball only blew up the Earth though. Both SSj2 Goku and SSj2 Vegeta were scared of Buu's attack and they were both stronger then Cell.

Because if Earth goes poof, they are left in the vacuum of space. Where they would die.

Actually no, because Dragon Ball has very few measurable feats. Pretty much all power comparisons are done with statements and scaling of fighters compared to other fighters.

Actually, its perfectly logical, the problem is that it tends to be not very specific and it can be inconsistent. However, since there's very few measurable feats in Dragon Ball, that's pretty much all we have.

Solar System busting does not happen until Beerus arrives in my opinion. Solar System busting is the limit on how far DBZ characters can go in my opinion. Anything above that is fan wank.

This is a ridiculous, troll-esque claim. Cell does say he can so there is one point speaking for his side, a point for him having no reason to lie at that point, plus another point because it has not been contradicted while the fact that it has not been contradicted means 0 points that speak for your claim except maybe your "he hasn't shown" which has more than enough reasons. So no matter what he shows or how unbelievable it is for you it doesn't matter. You say if someone says something and he doesn't prove it is not true and your claim (which you don't prove) that it is not true is automatically dominating and has the magical power of warping and deciding reality which is absurd.
